Moto Health, up to last year was a fantastic medical aid, however the service has gone into failure. For a premium of R10 076, I am paying for 1 single member their payment record is atrocious. You obtain an authorisation number, just to learn afterwards Moto Health is not going to pay the full premium. This is absolutely shocking for the premium I am paying. DON'T CONSIDER THIS MEDICAL AID AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please consider carefully to opt for this medical aid. They issue you with a pre-authorisaton number with all the relevant codes, just to send you later an email to advise claim is repudiated and you are liable for these costs. Why do a member always have to put up a "fight" to get issues resolved. This is absolutely shocking after being a member for the past 47 years!!!!
Be very care not to order lipstick from Superbalist - what they have sent me is not what I have ordered. Tried to return it with an explicit refusal to return. DONT USE SUPERBALIST for these products. Shocking not my fault or alternatively the picture reflected and what I have received differs immensely. I am shocked!!!! I have been a stern and loyal Client from this business - never again!!!!!!
Appointment made by this company to delivery my credit card between 10:00 and 12:00 13:25 and still no delivery. Phoning this company with all sorts of stories. Poor delivery man rocked up 12:30 advising he is alone everybody is on leave and he is doing deliveries alone. Shame on you CCD at the detriment of your client you don;t give a **** and your employee is overworked on Christmas Eve. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK
Don't ever order from this Company, they advertise goods to be available. You place order and receive confirmation of order then zero happen until you enquire, then only you are told they don't have stock. I just overheard my son contacting Glo Lighting for pendants they have ordered and the exact same thing happened - no stock. This is absolutely shocking, so they readily take your funds you are paying but thereafter there is no further services.
To get hold of this company for payment is ridiculous. When you eventually reach an agent after holding on phone for 1 hour they merely advise you to resubmit invoice and then zero happens Shocking service, after two weeks no payment yet.
Standard Bank just deduct money from my ABSA Bank account. When trying to enquire they just fail to respond. To get hold of the complaints divisions, is a mission, sending emails just no response. Recently the mails are returned. Are there any ethics at Standard Bank????? Thus, only alternative is to lodge a complaint through Hello Peter and everybody can notice the kind of service they provide.
Why is this company pestering via telephone? They are rude and unprofessional. Stop harassing on the phone.
What a pleasure in dealing with Fines SA specifically Keeno who went out of his way to assist with fines for vehicles not belonging to us and direct us in a correct direction. Well done and thank you Keeno.
To obtain any information or clarity on your account is of non-existence. When phoning Vodacom the person who is serving you has got no clue of what you are asking. She was deliberate so a person can loose your cool with them and end the call. Next step you are sending emails with an enquiry - two to three week no reply, even though repeated emails were sent. Vodacom takes no pride and ownership. Vodacom is only interested in taking your money without any service. There is serious ill staff training.
