I ordered toner after the printer gave notice of it being almost empty. The order was placed on Friday, 28/03 and we received a reference number for it. Today, 02/04, the toner has run out and our office is stuck. Up to now, it has not been delivered, and this after they promised it would be done by today. If they do not have the ability to serve clients outside city limits, they should rescind their agreements, so we are released to find service providers that has the capacity to serve their clients better. The service level is pathetic.

Extremely disappointed with Nashua Worcester. A sales representative visited our rural school and quoted us for a new machine. However, when the bill arrived, the amount was suddenly increased, and he has been offering a range of excuses for why this happened. Despite contacting the manager, to address the issue, no attempt has been made to correct our account. Instead , they`re now trying to push phone systems on us. The sales rep keeps making excuses and refuses to amend the bill, claiming he has to factor in operational cost after the quote was issued. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have never in my entire life been so disgusted with a company, but Nashua takes the cake. From selling me a faulty inverter that has been crashing my equipment, to ripping me off with their contracts and deductions. I record all copies made yet come end of the month suddenly I am charged for way more copies than I made. A Mecer inverter that does not even cost R6000, Nashua is charging me over R20,000 for - this is daylight ******* and quite *****ulent!! Will not recommend them ever!

Nashua Cape Town worst service ever!!! This is just a short summary of the hell trip we experienced with Nashua Cape Town, on two separate contracts over the same time period. Contract no.1 – fuelling system On 19/7/2023, we agreed on a fuelling monitor system with Nashua Cape Town, the sales rep Ashton Laine set up with a meeting get contracts sorted and to order all necessary equipment to get us operational. What a hell trip it has been from here, the fuel monitor system was partially (waiting on a keypad) installed by 14/8/2023. Ashton Laine kept informing that this so called ‘’keypad’’ for the fuel system has been order and will arrive in a weeks’ time it turned into months, eventually they came back with feedback on the 16/11/2023 the status has now changed to that the fuel monitor system that has been installed is an outdated system, they are ordering a newer system to be installed. By this time, we have been paying full monthly fees we contacted Vonzell van Staden sales manager for Nasua Cape Town to intervene to get this sorted. Eventually on the 14/12/2023 the new system arrived and finally was installed. Contract no. 2 – telecoms system On the 16/8/2023 we also signed up with them through Aston Laine for an upgrade on our internet and telephone systems as it seemed they know what they are talking about, we have asked that they would first proceed with the internet connection (hard fibre lines) as that was our priority, we have been battling bad connection with the micro fibre lines. The VOIP phone lines don’t do well on the micro fibre lines so we 1st need the hard fibre line installed, well they ignored the request and proceeded to install the phones anyway during September 2023, and saying that the hard fibre will be installed in a week. Once again it was a back and forth of empty promises to the point we met with Vonzell and Ashton to give us exact dates to when the fibre will be fully installed, they gave us a promise once again that it will be operational by 29/2/2024 with a whole bunch of excuses to why it hasn’t been done yet, this deadline was not met with the blame game continuing. The swich over was finally done on 12/3/2024, but here is no hardware to this new fibre line we have no new WIFI router to use to access the internet. Yet again this is the incompetence of the sales staff just wanting to get their cut and leave the end user in despair. So please in future if anyone suggests using Nashua for any telecoms or office automation, please stay clear especially from a business point of view they are damaging have loads of empty promises, that will leave you in despair.

Nashua Worcester, Western Cape, installed a camera system and telephone system at our school. We are on a 5 year contract with them. I don't think there has been one month without some sort or problem with the systems, especially the camera system. It is constantly not working - not due to loadshedding. There are never any technicians available to support us or sort out the problems. I am looking for ways to end the contract as soon as possible. Will never do business with them again.

I have had a bad experience with Nashua Welkom. they always 5-year contract I pay for 1 pc for 2 screens for R 200 000. The best part is the debit orders are not consistent, did send them a one-year bank statement of all the overpayments but they ignored me. Can someone give me some advice on what to do in this situation?
