GLO LIGTHING - Don't ever order from this Company, service is of non-existence
Don't ever order from this Company, they advertise goods to be available. You place order and receive confirmation of order then zero happen until you enquire, then only you are told they don't have stock. I just overheard my son contacting Glo Lighting for pendants they have ordered and the exact same thing happened - no stock. This is absolutely shocking, so they readily take your funds you are paying but thereafter there is no further services.

Don't ever order from this Company, they advertise goods to be available. You place order and receive confirmation of order then zero happen until you enquire, then only you are told they don't have stock. I just overheard my son contacting Glo Lighting for pendants they have ordered and the exact same thing happened - no stock. This is absolutely shocking, so they readily take your funds you are paying but thereafter there is no further services.

Non existant service
I wish I had listened to the other reviews that were posted here. Their sales and aftersales is terrible. We are sitting with 4 lamps that are faulty and they were expensive lamps. From obtaining the quote, to getting the units and now having issues with the lamps, it has been a tiresome and painful excercise dealing with Glo Lighting. The incompetence is mind blowing.

Non existant service
I wish I had listened to the other reviews that were posted here. Their sales and aftersales is terrible. We are sitting with 4 lamps that are faulty and they were expensive lamps. From obtaining the quote, to getting the units and now having issues with the lamps, it has been a tiresome and painful excercise dealing with Glo Lighting. The incompetence is mind blowing.

Chewing their glass bulbs would be more pleasant than doing business with them!
To say that they are a business is over stating it, as generally a business responded to enquiries and has an after sales support. I would screenshot our Email thread with them for weeks, but it would look like we had lost our minds, why because it was just us emailing ourselves. Any when I did send a firmer email, I did not even get an apology, just "send banking details". Glo lighting CEO & Managing Director, I hope you see this and know that your business has just lost upwards of ZAR 800K sales a year from only one of our businesses.

USELESS
I would give this useless bunch ZERO if that were an option. Useless is too nice a description for this bunch. DON'T LET THE FANCY WEBSITE FOOL YOU! There is no one manning the WA line which is a really nice touch but completely useless if it isn't manned by someone!

Misleading Stock Availability & Poor Transparency
I am beyond frustrated with my experience ordering from Glolighting. Their complete lack of transparency regarding stock availability is unacceptable and has caused an unnecessary and frustrating delay in my purchase. When I placed my order, their website gave me every reason to believe that the item was available in Johannesburg. Only after payment was made did they inform me that the stock was actually in Cape Town and needed to be shipped. This is blatant misinformation and a complete disregard for customers who rely on accurate stock details to make informed purchasing decisions. If their website had been honest about stock locations, I would never have proceeded with this order, as this was an urgent purchase. Instead, I am now stuck waiting indefinitely, with no clear timeline on when my order will actually arrive. To make matters worse, I have to chase them for answers on how long the shipping will take and what my options are if I choose to cancel. A business that values its customers should prioritize transparency and efficiency. Glolighting has failed on both fronts. If you need a reliable supplier who respects your time and money, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of a disappointment, and I will not be making the mistake of ordering from them again.

Their sales teams are rude and need some training in customer service. They advertise products they don't have and still take your monies knowingly. Is Eurolux aware of how glo lighting is representing their products? I am waiting now patiently for a refund. Horrific service!

Shame on you Glo Lighting!
The customer skills and communication is very very bad. I have purchased an online order 2 months ago, where by they came back and said they do not have any stock, and I requested a refund. Till today, there is no response or acknowledgment of my refund or follow up emails regarding it. I should not be begging for my hard earned money back. I am a very frustrated customer and will not purchase from them ever again or refer anyone to support this business. Shame on you Glo Lighting
