Should not be Practicing Property Sales / Rentals in the field
It doesn’t even deserve one star. To go into voluntary liquidation like that. After all your agents did for you. Worked hard and to the bone. Only not to pay out commission from July / August 2022. Rentals and sales is ridiculous. Yet you carry on like nothing is wrong.

It doesn’t even deserve one star. To go into voluntary liquidation like that. After all your agents did for you. Worked hard and to the bone. Only not to pay out commission from July / August 2022. Rentals and sales is ridiculous. Yet you carry on like nothing is wrong.

Atom Realty is a ****!
Atom Realty is a ****! I was in a rental contract with Atom Realty rentals@atomrealty.com through an agent called Tracey Clegg tracey.clegg@atomrealty.co.za traceyclegg1983@gmail.com who unfortunately I have to mention despite her magnificent customer service. During the process of inquiring as to when I'll get my deposit back, I learnt that the landlord is a Nigerian lady by the name of Edwige Stella Siewe Kamga edwigesiewe6@gmail.com who's banking details in the lease are not hers (according to her) but belong to her "boss"/"owner of the apartment" who is supposedly out of the country. I still wonder if Atom Realty does background checks on landlords like they do tenants... According to Tracey, she instructed Atom Realty to release the deposit to the landlord who will give back my deposit. Louis was supposed to do an ingoing inspection report of the apartment but came only once when we moved in. Now the landlord is holding me accountable for things that were not fixed prior moving in. And now the same apartment we moved out of is up for rental but there is no feedback about our deposit.

Atom Realty is a ****! Not Even Worth a One star
This company has gone into liquidation knowing full well that her agents are owed money. For having them work until the very last day and not even get a cent for November is horrid. Don’t work with Eloise. She is now at Property Fox and can’t be trusted. Karma will come to everything that you have done. Eloisé se Stefanis owes her agents won’t be suprised if it is close to R400 000.00. She has Atom Property Management which she is managing as she has access still to certain email address. Energy Works is another company. She can’t even pay her staff there properly. She thinks that she will get away with by putting other people as directors. You will reap what you sow. .

Disappointed
Eloise de Stefanis that went into liquidation without warning her employees. Although she knew well in advance that her business was in trouble, she took advantage of her staff right up until the last day. She continued to collect commission due to the agents knowing she would never pay them. Now she has gone into voluntary liquidation to avoid paying her debts.

Avoid!
Avoid Atom Asset Management, Atom Dolphin Coast and Energyworks. They all belong to Eloise de Stefanis that has taken a bunch of people for a ride, touched the trust money and went into liquidation. I still have a chance to recover some money but she is not helping at all. Avoid her and the business she does.

Does not even deserve one star!! The most unethical owner, Eloise de Stefanis, has stolen money from her agents. She is unscrupulous but deserves an Oscar for the amazing act she puts on for being ‘so sorry’ for what’s happened. Do not trust this company or this woman!
