The customer service at this company does not exist. Do not insure your phone with Vodacom as the company they outsource to is so far removed and no one will assist you when you have an actual claim.
Worst service ever, their chatbot, live chat is such a waste of time. They purposefully try to make it impossible for you to cancel so that you just stay with them. I have been trying since the 24 August (14 days) to get them to fix my fibre through the chatbot. You just endlessly get put through to another department.
So disappointed in Atom Realty, specifically Eloise de Stefanis who is unscrupulous and has refused to pay her agents, contractors and staff their commission and salaries.
