No response from Aromic Range

Order paid for on the 6th March 2023. The order is for an Echo Flow spare battery. Getting no response. Live chat is not being attended to. No response on contact number . It would appear that the store has closed or has gone bankrupt.? Also would appear that we are over R8000 down the drain. Can somebody please advise.
