Poor service and unwillingness to assist
Our overseas visitors booked an incorrect one way ticket X3BYVR from Cape Town to George for the 10 th February 2026 instead of George to Cape Town. Mistake realised corrected it with booking X3NPFT also for the 10th February 2026. We are now told that the incorrect booking cannot be credited due to an incorrect procedure followed. We were told that the incorrect ticket will remain valid for 12 months. It was explained that our guests are resident in the UK and will not be returning to utilise the incorrect ticket. All of this was to no avail and the agents as well as the Customer Care Supervisor informed that nothing can be done and no credit can be passed for the incorrect ticket. In today’s modern world we find this totally unacceptable. A reputable company , like Airlink, not capable or willing to assist our international visitors.

Caravan park
The best caravan and camping grounds experienced by us. Well organized, friendly, immaculate ablutions and a WiFi facility. The caravan stands are big and well fenced for privacy. Highly recommended. Visit their website www.strankloofpark.co.za

No response from Aromic Range
Order paid for on the 6th March 2023. The order is for an Echo Flow spare battery. Getting no response. Live chat is not being attended to. No response on contact number . It would appear that the store has closed or has gone bankrupt.? Also would appear that we are over R8000 down the drain. Can somebody please advise.
