Absolutely best service and response from an Insurance Advisor I have ever had. They stole my vehicle and my advisor did absolutely everything for me. From arranging my rental vehicle to the payout. Even when the insurance was objecting to paying out on my extra's that I specified, Reinart du Bruyn fought tooth and nail until the insurance paid out for that as well. All I can say is I would recommend Reinhart du Bruyn for short-term insurance to absolutely everyone.

Having been with numerous short term insurers over the decades, I can state that these guys are in a class of their own. I have always said that the true mettle of an insurer is not in the low premium, rather its when you put in a claim that they show their true colours. Having many vehicles on my policy over the years, they have ALWAYS responded well to my claims, and make the process as painless as possible. I have never had a claim denied, and even when I did not have a 100% valid claim, for example smeone elses laptop stolen out my home, Attoh Insure, stepped up and still paid out, same with lawnmowers etc that we had no proof of ownership, they still stepped up, trusted me and paid. One gets the impression that they want to pay you out for your loss, whereas one gets the impression with most insurers that they are looking for reasons not to payout the claim. My Broker is a gentleman by the name of Reinart Debruyn, and he makes the little irritations of short term unsurance a completely pain free experience and is one of the best I have had the pleasure of being served by. Well done Guys~

Quinton is very highly professionally trained. he does his work diligently and accurate social s****s. I will give him an outstanding merit awards for doing tasks and assessments allocated to him. Attooh is probably one of the shadiest companies I have ever dealt with and I truly do regret ever agreeing to meet with Neil Muller and allowing him to advise me with regard to anything concerning my financial affairs. Essentially, this is just another one of those that pretend to care about you before you sign on the dotted line. Thereafter, the apathy towards your concerns becomes self-evident. Shortly after signing up for a gym membership with Virgin Active, I was contacted by Neil Muller to join Discovery Vitality by taking out various products with Discovery Life. He told me about different product options and even did a needs assessment for me, advising on the different products I would need as part of the life plan. Before I took out the plan, his assistant at the time made sure to follow up with me regularly, but once I had signed the contract, it was a struggle to get them to get back to me on time. In fact, Neil practically disappeared, leaving his assistant as the intermediary. The level of service went downhill from there. Needless to say, the issues I experienced with this company and its representatives have cost me money and stress. I paid full price for my gym membership even after joining Vitality, while still paying my Life Cover premiums. They failed to cancel my existing policies on time so in addition to full gym membership, Vitality and the Life Cover, I was still paying for the old policies as well. After doing blood tests as part of the requirements for life cover they never even updated me on the outcomes until I followed up with them, only to discover that there are issues with the cover due to my health results. To top it off, I have recently found out that there is a HUGE discrepancy between what I believed I was covered for and what I am actually covered for. It is sickening, especially considering that I am now exposed because of existing policies that were cancelled as per Neil's advice. I've tried to call the company but none of their numbers go through. I have emailed the people I have engaged with thus far and I will be shocked if they even acknowledge my email without a follow up, let alone, address any of my issues adequately. I am really disappointed and if I could rate this company and its representatives zero, I really would.

Attooh Car Insurance I have nerver recieved such an attitude as a customer in my enttire life. The way he greeted me and telling me that they have been explaining to me how their insurance work. Firstly, Ive been paying for my insurance every month. I submitted a claim and they sent sms to aknowlege the claim. on my claim from there was a question i did not understand which higlighted with a question mark. No one came back to me. they called me today and the agent gave me an attitude and he said they saw the question mark but failed to email me back. Telling me they are not going to pay for the claim.

<p>HELLO PETER,</p> <p>I have signed an agreement of loss and submitted on the 10 October 2016 for the claim submitted on 15 August 2016, since then I have not received any confirmation of payment to the bank and I have been calling and sending emails to enquire, with no luck. It is very painful that i am still paying for a car which I have handed over ownership to the insurance. NO REPONSE TO EMAILS AND NO STATUS UPDATES.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise as it has been three (3) months now since I submitted my claim.</p> <p> </p>

<p>Taking an insurance with Attooh Car Insurance - Western National was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I logged a claim over a month ago and no one cares about updating me. They always give me run arounds. I call almost every day but no one gets back to me. Poor poor service. I've heard that insurances look for a way not to pay but this has got to be be the worst insurance.</p>
