Extremely Poor Service – Provident Fund Withdrawal Ignored

Submitted my provident fund withdrawal docs on 4 Aug via Concentrix, sent to Attooh. Two months later, Momentum confirms they never received anything.

Throughout this time, I have sent multiple emails to Roelof Strydom and Jenny, but have received no response or clarity. The lack of communication and accountability from Attooh is unacceptable, highly unprofessional and amateurish!

I urge Attooh to take responsibility, provide proper feedback, and urgently resolve this issue.
