Really poor experience trying to confirm a back to school order we placed nearly two weeks ago. Waltons back to school team pick up and ask for our details and then they drop the call. When we call back they do not pick up and then we go through the same cycle with no progress. Schools open tomorrow and considering Walton's is normally a reputable brand, we don't expect this type of service at all. Really poor service and the people we have been speaking to clearly do not know how to handle customer queries nor do they understand the reputational damage this has on Walton'
Submitted my provident fund withdrawal docs on 4 Aug via Concentrix, sent to Attooh. Two months later, Momentum confirms they never received anything. Throughout this time, I have sent multiple emails to Roelof Strydom and Jenny, but have received no response or clarity. The lack of communication and accountability from Attooh is unacceptable, highly unprofessional and amateurish! I urge Attooh to take responsibility, provide proper feedback, and urgently resolve this issue.

What's crazy is, I've set up a payment arrangement and need assistance obtaining a payment plan confirmation letter. Thats all. I've been in contact with African Bank since last week trying to obtain these letters and they keep sending me back and forth sending me to the branch, who say they do not deal with letters, then the customer service team, who send me back to the branch (for what? I do not know!). I'm sitting here with no resolution to a very simple enquiry / request.
I had the worst experience yesterday where I was approached by someone who told me they've been instructed to repossess the car I was driving. Flexclub has been great to me and my family up until this point. The reason for repossession is that I owe them 4500, half of my monthly subscription. This is the case because on their accounts page, they give clients an option to make a partial payment. My question is, why give clients that option if 2 weeks down the line the car will have to be repossessed with no notice at all of this happening? I understand that over the last two months I've paid my subscriptions late, but I've been paying as this is a service I value due to being unable to gain car finance because my score is still low. I'm deeply disappointed in flexclub and don't know if this will help me get a chance to speak to management within this institution because all the front line staff I have spoken to so far have an attitude and speak with so much sarcasm that I end up dropping the call.

Quite disappointed in Specsavers. I had glasses done and while waiting for them to be delivered I transferred from Durban to Cape Town. I requested that my glasses be delivered to Specsavers St Georges Mall and to my disappointment they misplaced them. It's now been 3 weeks and no one is giving me a resolution. I've called Specsavers countless times and been promised call backs which are never fulfilled.
