Terrible service after buying online. My order was days late, when it eventually arrived it was missing Dividers as indicated on their online portal. When I raised this they first denied it, claiming the lunchbox compartment is the Divider they were referring to. I called them out on this and they then said they will speak to their Supplier who then said they stopped putting Dividers 2 years ago. Now this is unacceptable as I indicated to them that the website still say "with Dividers" and that's what I paid for and expect. Now Waltons send a cold " There are no partitions to be sent." No apology, no offer of alternative/nothing despite their website listing. I told them I'm not happy with this resolution

Missing and damaged items queried since Jan 2026 to date. Gloria Mohlala, Lucky Koza, Alex Brits, Seitshepo Nyembe, all 4 people failed to resolve a simple query. Imagine an embarrassed grade 2 learner with no full stationery when all other classmates have. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Not interested in your generic responses, just refund the items, period!

4 months ago I had an order delivered. Items were missing and damaged. They very quickly responded to my initial complaint, and I agreed to collect the replacement and missing items from a local store. I had to contact the store on more than one occasion, and they kept forgetting about it or claiming they did not know about it. Subsequent attempts to contact the head office were ignored. I eventually wrote a very angry complaint, and they claimed to know nothing about it, and just marked the ticket as resolved. No attempt to actually resolve it. I will never use them again.

I ordered from back to school website on 22/01/2026 and paid via PayFlex. I haven't received it, and order support has been extremely slow. I've been in contact with the chat service and someone from sales - Natasha J. I'd like to cancel the order now. I keep being requested to provide the POP even though I've stated that I paid via Payflex and provided the reference number. I've also now contacted Payflex to get ahold of you. Surely, the correct resolution for this matter would be for sales "support" to get a hold of Payflex using the payment reference number, track and trace and not have the customer run around. I've been trying to get this resolved since 03/02/2025. Anyway, schools are now well into the school year, and I've sourced the school list elsewhere.

I will never order from Waltons ever again. I bought a bag online only to find its too big. I lodged for a return to get a refund. im writing this on the 19th of January i lodged for return on the 27th of December. I have written multiple emails tried to call but theres no answer.i really regret buying from waltons and i wouldn't advise anyone to buy online from Waltons.

I placed an order for a stationery box and made full payment. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I never received the order nor any meaningful communication from the company. School started three days ago, and due to the delay and lack of response, I was forced to purchase stationery elsewhere, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and additional expense. I formally requested the cancellation of the order and a refund and even provided my banking details. However, I have received no response to my emails or follow-up communication. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service, lack of communication, and failure to resolve this matter. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and am still awaiting confirmation of my refund. No staff member has reached out to me even after sending follow up emails. I kindly need assistance for my refund.

On the 30th december 2025 I made payment to them for my childs stationary for 2026. When the school started we were informed to contact them directly to enquire about your childs stationary. I did just that on Thursday the lady said she will come back tome which she never did, on Friday I phoned again, the lady said they are doing deliveries to my childs school so he will get his stationary, which he never got. Today, Monday they tell me who stays in Atlantis that I must collect in woodstock my childs stationary. Both me and my husband are working full time how in the heavens do they think I will be able to collect in town. Must I now take time off from my work to collect stuff paid just like any other parent. I will not except this and demand my childs stationary to be delivered to his school.
