Useless online ordering system

Ordered something simple for same day delivery as it is time sensitive. I am currently without transport and needed this urgently. Only to wait the whole day for no product to be delivered. Then when I contacted them, I was told that they don't do same day delivery. I have screenshots of the whole process where I can go and buy a product from this branch for same day delivery. Then I get told they will deliver it the following morning. When I phoned later the following day, I was informed that they will check and get back to me. Almost 2 hours later, I get a phone call back stating that the order has been cancelled on the same day I placed it because it was diverted to a branch that does not have stock of the item. I don't see the amount back in my account. I don't have a product. And I am in so much trouble now, because now I have to figure out a way to do the things I need to do without the product and without having transport. This is the worst experience I have had ever.

Thieves

Vodacom does not want to refund airtime that I bought in error. The transaction is not even 15 minutes old and they refuse to refund me the airtime. Being a customer with them for 18+ years and they cannot even refund me. What is wrong with this company?

Ruined Birthday

Hi, I just want to thank Ster-Kinekor for ruining what was supposed to be a happy day for me. We had planned weeks ahead to go to the cinema on my birthday as we don't go regularly due to financial constraints. Well, I was in for a surprise. I had the worst day of my life yesterday (my birthday) and the only thing that I was looking forward to, was going to the movies and relaxing while having a good laugh. When we got there, my wife picked up her club card as we knew we had to have a club card to get the Tuesday special. Only to find out when we were busy selecting the movie that a club card is only valid for 1 person. So, the lady that helped us suggested I register. Which I did while I was there. I got the activation email which I clicked and got the account activated. Then, when I got my card, I find out that the card will not work for 24 hours.... I was at this point so frustrated and angry that I left without watching a movie. Besides that, your club promotions state that I get a free movie on my birthday but apparently because the card is not working, I could not claim it. I was willing to pay the half price fee as we had budgeted for it. But I could not do so as the card was not working yet. Thank you Ster-kinekor for wasting my time and ruining my day. Another reason why piracy is doing so well in South Africa. I don't mind to pay to watch a movie, but don't ruin someone's day in the process.
