Poor customer service. No items delivered.
My order was supposed to be delivered on 7 May 2026 but it wasn't. I contacted the store and they said my order will be delivered on the 8 May 2026 and yet again it wasn't delivered. I'm not happy because i have waited for 2 days, i had to cancel all appointments to wait for a parcel that was not even delivered.
I don't trust this store anymore and at this point i just want a refund 😒
If only i had come to read all the reviews on hellopeter, i wouldn't have bought there. They have a poor rating and poor service. I do not recommend this store!
