Pathetic
Iam under debt review. My debt counsellor made arrangement with Woolworths. After recieving their payment. I was suddenly told by mbd that the account is no longer under debt review. This is unacceptable. They are demanding i make a payment i cant afford and threatening leagal action.

Delayed service
I ordered from Waltons for quick delivery. Their products were more expensive but because of the quicker delivery i chose them. Firstly apparently they are not aware of their malmesbury when i asked if it could be delivered there. Very inconvenient and now i have to wait for the 26th

A MILLION THANK YOUS
Today i had the best experience at Spar uitsicht. Iam on crutches and most of the time in a lot of pain but like my dad used to say i seem to ignore my pain much better when i shop. So many staff members checked if i was ohkay during my shopping. Allowing myself and my friend to pay at the express till to shorten my walk. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMPASSION AND KINDNESS. I do not want people to feel sorty for me, i am gratefull for the body i have been given.BUT your compassion made me feel seen and cared for.

Not paying debtors
Iam so unhappy with your service. Iam being harrased by 2 of my debtors who are apparently not recieving the agreed upon payment. What was the point of going under debt councelling if you are not stickkng to your commitment. This really not acceptable.

Unhelpful
I sent a email requesting how to change my debit order date. I got the most unhelpfull response. When my mom went to get a email adress at their malmesbury brach she recieved the same useless, unhelpfull service

**** SERVICE
My account was debited. I phoned and was given a email adres to request a refersal. I sent it on tuesday. No one acknowledge the email. Create unnessesary frustration and stress. No man. This is unacceptable. I email another department and this person atleast responded
