I ordered from back to school website on 22/01/2026 and paid via PayFlex. I haven't received it, and order support has been extremely slow. I've been in contact with the chat service and someone from sales - Natasha J. I'd like to cancel the order now. I keep being requested to provide the POP even though I've stated that I paid via Payflex and provided the reference number. I've also now contacted Payflex to get ahold of you. Surely, the correct resolution for this matter would be for sales "support" to get a hold of Payflex using the payment reference number, track and trace and not have the customer run around. I've been trying to get this resolved since 03/02/2025. Anyway, schools are now well into the school year, and I've sourced the school list elsewhere.
Tried to tweet for help but offered no real help. My unboxed deal, a Weber came without a cleaning system kit so rather than pack up this huge braai and send it back, I ordered the missing part (R418.40) from Weber SA and would like to know whether I can get my money back or a store credit, I have the invoice from them and proof of payment and regularly buy from Takealot.

I cancelled my contract reference 5820879. my contact ended in October therefore you should only be debiting the +- 42 rand you charged on the contract for 500mb but you are adding packet switched data call charges of an amount I have never seen throughout the lifetime of this contract. Whats worse is this data stick is no longer in use for the last 6 months and has been sitting in my bottom drawer and therefore you have to right to debit my account for these bogus amounts for a service that has clearly not been used or touched in a long time! since the contract was cancelled on the 5th of november I expect no more charges from you and I want these mysterious shady high switched packet data calls that have sprung up on my statements for the last two months removed from my contract immediately.
Fedex came to collect my return on the 20th of November and the tracking online still says unknown. I've dealt with your social media team as well as your mr d associates who've not investigated the compliant and have dragged the feet with the issue. I've dealt with both Tasneem and Candice from mr d and emails have gone unanswered.<br> <br> I don't understand why you haven't contacted Fedex and found what the driver did with my parcel, I order regularly from you guys and the driver that came to pick up my return is the same one that normally delivers and we can identify him. Surely Fedex can see who came to pick the item and find out what has happened. We have the copy/tear off of the form we were asked to fill out. This issue has been handled so poorly and I've never ever had any issues with you guys!
Query #10408786 is clearly going no where and I need it resolved ASAP! It took a month to get my phone from you guys and still wasn't compensated for having to wait for you to deliver whilst on strike when you were actively deducting the money out of my account. Now that I have the phone eventually, my package is not correct, it should have been on mtnchoice 100. I'm not sure what is going on there but this is pathetic!
Hi There,<br> <br> I sent an email on the 22nd of June to MTN complaining of the incorrect upgrade that was done. To this date I have not received a response and further they have not delivered my phone however I have already been billed for the first month. I've called them MTN Direct and their partner almost everyday and keep receiving promises of when the delivery will happen and being passed from pillar to post.<br> <br> I've also communicated with MTN on social media and have gotten the standard reply that someone will call but nothing further is done. I'd like you to assist me in getting this contract cancelled and getting my money back as I haven't received any goods and have gone out of my way to complain and also have been patient with them. However they have failed to deliver what I have paid for!<br> <br> Please assist.
Some person called for an upgrade today from an MTN affiliate and offered an upgrade for some device for R169
