I was called by a very rude consultant from railway furnitures today. She was rude and unwilling to listen to me as a client. I want to report her. Railway furnitures Tshwane mall, your service stinks and your consultants are disgusting. But all calls are recorded so I'll get mine.

My grandmother bought a fridge from railway furniture store in Denlyn mall late 2024 and it’s been giving her problems since the day it got delivered, she reported more than 7 times and still haven’t replaced the fridge instead they’ve been sending different technicians who failed to fix it, they promised to replace it and guess what? It’s 2026 and the fridge hasn’t been replaced. It’s a Defy fridge and we’ve been throwing food away since 2024 can you imagine how much we’ve spent on food????? It’s like staying in a house without a fridge , it’s just a vase that stores food. We’ve never missed payment and we’ve been paying more than we supposed to. Railway we need a new fridge.

I had a very bad experience with Railways furniture.i bought Bed,fridge and microwave along the way i lost my job. I went to the shop to report , arrangement was made that i must pay certain amount which i did. On the 7th of October I paid but surprisingly on the 10th October my furniture was repossesed. I show the guy proof of payment but he said for him not to repossess I must pay R15 500. Immediately for him not to repossessd he never want to consider my proof of payment. If knew that they were going to repossessed or if I was served a notice that they are coming to repossessed I would'nt have paid on the 7th. I felt that i was unfairly treated and should be reported to the NCR and Ombudzman

I bought washing machine on credit in July, I used machine twice and after that the machine was no longer working. I reported machine and they told me that I must go to store and choose another washing machine they will collect the one which is not working. I went to the shop and choose another, unfortunately even the second washing machine is not working. I called them and report the problem and they told me that they will send defy technician but am no longer happy with the product because I have 4 months paying product that I only used twice. So I went to the store and beg them to cancel the purchase since no longer happy with their product and they endup canceling the credit but I feel like I was robed because I was not refunded the money that I paid for 4 months including the deposit. ( R2300 .00).

Do NOT purchase from this store! They will consider the payment of your instalment as a missed payment on the month on which you open an account with them. This will significantly reduce your credit score. I have made numerous attempts with the store to correct this but all they tell me are excuses. Even when I pay my instalments on the agreed date, they still counted it as a missed payment. Their reason for this, was because they said I made my payment with card after 12pm all they want is money they don't deliver a good customer service to their clients I would recommend people not to purchase anything from them with installment because this shop Wil definitely destroy their credit score worst shop ever poor service

We bought a TV set on the 15 Dec 2024 and also paying an insurance monthly of about R360. The TV remote stopped working we then took it back to the store and we were told that they will take it for repairs.Today the lady by the name of Refilwe from the store called and told us to pay R599 for the remote as the remote is not part of TV set, according to them, Now my question is how can we buy a TV that is controlled by the remote, if the very remote is not part of the the TV set?
