I was called by a very rude consultant from railway furnitures today. She was rude and unwilling to listen to me as a client. I want to report her. Railway furnitures Tshwane mall, your service stinks and your consultants are disgusting. But all calls are recorded so I'll get mine.
I paid my rain account on Saturday the 15th of November 2025. Today I cannot watch TV or use the internet because I have no network on my wifi router. When I talk to one of their "consultants" I'm being told that they see no problem on their side. Rain is problematic and they do not help when you report.
I bought cigarettes at Boxer superstore at tshwane regional mall, the cigarettes were water damaged and old. The packaging is damaged and creased. I had to send them back using my money for transport. Sies
Rain wifi is lousy to say the least, we pay R599 for something that's not giving us anything back. It's irritating when you want to watch TV and be on your phone and still have to use your own data instead of wifi I pay for without fail
I pay my monthly policy on the 15th of every month, and twice now MiWay has debited my account before the dates. Not because pay day falls before the 15th but because they think they can whatever they want with my money. I want my money back today. The 15th is on Tuesday, the money that was debited has its uses and now it's gone. I want it now and somaar cancel this whole freak show.

I'm not receiving sms's and this is the second this has happened. The first I did myself after 2 years of not receiving sms's. Now it has happened again, I'm trying to contact customer care and I'm supposed to chat to a bot named Toby via sms which I cannot do because guess what, no sms's. No option to speak to a real consultant. I'm frustrated because I cannot even check if my Sim has been hacked or not. I'm so sick of vodacom

My complaint has been taken as just a complaint. Nothing done, nothing appeasing. Yes I received a call and then what? Hungry lion will lose customers at this rate. Thank you for nothing
