Poor customer service at Tzaneen Railway furniture .I bought washing maching and the machine was not working,u reported the issue and told to choose another ..the 2nd machine was also not working. I decided to cancel the contract They told me that they canceled the contract and they will refund me but still to date they keep on calling me and asking me to pay the machine. Railway furniture us owing me ..
I bought washing machine on credit in July, I used machine twice and after that the machine was no longer working. I reported machine and they told me that I must go to store and choose another washing machine they will collect the one which is not working. I went to the shop and choose another, unfortunately even the second washing machine is not working. I called them and report the problem and they told me that they will send defy technician but am no longer happy with the product because I have 4 months paying product that I only used twice. So I went to the store and beg them to cancel the purchase since no longer happy with their product and they endup canceling the credit but I feel like I was robed because I was not refunded the money that I paid for 4 months including the deposit. ( R2300 .00).
My money was deducted without my knowledge..I am not happy that my last cent we deducted , I need refund please.
I purchased online wifi router which was advertised incorrect...I didn't know that it was home data, I tried to cancel before i use the data.the package was collected but the contract is not canceled...I was sent an invoice to pay the service I didn't use..please I need ur help. Thank u
Hi...i have taken my car to Bb motors to check what can be the problem..I have 2 weeks without any update. When I call they keep on saying we r still checking.. they are not helping at all.
I paid my percel for tax and they wnt me to pay twice..they kept my percel..am really disappointed because I sent proof of payment
Good day I have a challenge with my edgars account. I have account with edgars and I try by all means to pay every month's but it seems like it doesn't go down and I received an email showing that my premium for life cover is going to increase..my question is which life cover because I didn't join any life cover with Edgars...can they please pay back my money or send me the agreement where I signed for the life cover.. Edgars is a ****.
Cell c is the most useless company..I regret the year I signed a contract with them because I was not told that the contract will be renewed without my concern..I called them several times to cancel it but I was told to send some documents of which I did but they are still deducting my money..Am so stressed about cell c
Cell c upgraded my contract twice without my concern. At first I tried to pay it, now I want it canceled.i made million calls and they told me to send copy of my ID, Affidavit and debit order ( bank statement) of which I did but the email keeps on saying quied ..I tried to go to the nearest cell c store, they didn't help me...now am blacklisted just like that...once u take cell c contract its like u r signing for life, I wish I can get solution for this because I don't understand what am paying for...cell C is a scheme.
I am a government employee, I was so surprised whn I chck my payslip and found tht I have hollard life wise which I don't remember signing any Hollard contract. I tried to call Hollard and they advised me to send Affidavit, copy of ID of which I did but they don't wnt to cancel it and pay back my money..Hollard is making my life he'll because they even entered to my edgars clothing card and joined life cover for me..I wish I can be assisted...
