I am so unhappy with the service I just received from BB motor group Welkom. I brought my car to their workshop because it was displaying faulty warning light including the handbrake not releasing on the 02 Dec and today is the 10th and my car is still not fixed after the called me to come and collect it. When I got the the warning lights came on again.βΉοΈβΉοΈβΉοΈπ‘π‘π‘π π π π π By that time they have already processed my payment yet I still don't have my car. To add to my stress they are the one who serviced my car before it started showing this faulty warning lights in September. What kind of a mickey mouse business is this. My advise to everyone thinking of using their service think twice. To top it up I was the one doing the follow up with them to check the progress the whole time my car was there. I am so so ****ed off right nowπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the way BB Motor Group has managed the current situation regarding my vehicle. My car has been out of use for an unreasonably long period due to the unavailability of a single part. It is extremely concerning that, in the entire South Africa, this part cannot be sourced. Given the number of vehicles of the same model on the road, this lack of availability raises serious questions about BB Motor Groupβs supply chain management and commitment to customer service. To date, no alternative solutions, and no indication of urgency. This lack of proactive communication and follow-through is unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. It is easy just to to send an e-mail. I expect immediate escalation of this matter, with transparent feedback regarding the status of the part, a realistic timeline for resolution, and a clear explanation of why this situation has been allowed to continue for so long. I trust that this issue will now receive the serious and prompt attention it requires.

Bad experience from BB MOTORS Welkom, certain people get preferential treatment, I took in my car for service in October/November, I was back within a month because of another part and sound going off my car, then less than 2 months later more noise took it in they said it's front shocks and mounting, only to discover that all the shocks and mounting

Hi...i have taken my car to Bb motors to check what can be the problem..I have 2 weeks without any update. When I call they keep on saying we r still checking.. they are not helping at all.

buying new vehicles from this group is a concern to ones safety. buying a new bakkie with isues and mechanical problems and then to find out they soldu me old model bakkie for a 2024 model. and then when u try to cancel the deal they come with stories and promises. disgusted in being nailed by one their dealers. opened a miosa case against them aswell as allerted the bank that its *****. no use of being protected by the cpa law but they dont abide by it.... BB Group Menlyn!!!

Uiters swak hoe hulle die employees behandel. Ek het geloop by hulle oor ek n beter geleentheid gekry het. My pension geld is betaal deur myself asook BB. Daar was eers n baklei oor die hoeveelheid wat hulle aftrek sonder toestemming. Nou is dit n maand later en vandag se hulle na my eis ingedien is hulle het fondse geskyf en dis maar my probleem. Pasop as julle n voertuig koop hulle veras jou ook dalk net. Hulle bespreek ook niks met employees of kliente

Good day. I bought a vehicle at BB Welkom. The car had some parts changed as the car had an issue as per the Consumer protection act. Now BB Welkom refuses to cover the labour cost. Our agreement was that for everything I pay for, they will reimburse me. I was promised my service book which I haven't got, also, I haven't got the spare key and also the licensing. 2 months have passed now and I still am waiting
