What a pleasant refreshing voice to deal with at 7.35 am...well done katina you are such an asset to your company and deserve the recognition....not where you where helpful but took the time but had all the patience to explain what you can offer what the products about and how best you can work around my needs ....thank you for all the calls when I continously got it wrong but never got fed up....I belive going forward should be a breeze if the start went so well.....

I was delighted that Yash had secured an appointment this morning for the internet to be installed. The team of 2 arrived and actioned what needed to be done. However I was disappointed that there was a need for another team to finish the installation. I was informed that it would take between 4-5 working days before I could connect. I recorded the urgency of getting the internet connected on the documentation I had to sign. Also spoke to Surasha to explain that we needed it connected asap. Thereafter I left the premises in the knowledge that this will only be done by next Mon. Surprisingly I got a call from Surasha and she advised that the next team was available within the next 15 min. Obviously I was delighted and confirmed I would be back at the premises within 15 min. As I reached the premises the team was already waiting and she was on the call with me again to check my whereabout. The team of 3 then worked at the premises for about 2.5 hours, they said they had to do something downstairs but did not communicate with me that the had finished the work. Nonetheless I saw your e mail come through that we were connected, I then logged on and managed to access the internet. This is just a short note to say thank you for listening to our plight and really taking it to heart. Your actions is what customer service is all about and I am so grateful for all your assistance. Thank you so much and I trust your leadership will give you the credit you deserve for great client service.

I can honestly say I have not received excellent service from any company in the last few years until I contacted 123NET. As soon as I submitted my application, I was contacted by Katina - who is so efficient, speaks clearly and kept me updated with phone calls at every stage. I am so happy that I can contact 123NET by telephone. I am so tired of automated service providers. The technician who installed my internet was Mongly, he was so efficient, polite and respectful and the installation is so tidy and neat. I was up and running in no time.
