**** Service Provider Do Not Use them!
Absolutely Usless Company .....always on going outages....company phones dont ring when u try calling to report issues....They best known for asking you to switch your router On and Off.....

King Price Thievery!!!
I am a victim of the Durban floods in which I have suffered house hold item damages. Upon calling My insurance company King Price of whom I am insured with for household contents seemed stress free but ended up being a nightmare and finally let down completely through there own assumptions and percentage calculations to determine what they think is fair to pay you out..I took out cover for 750k... I have items that where damaged to the value... 275k....they tell me that I am under insured as they sent people to my home to evaluate my items and came up with a figure of 2.7million.... I did not insure my jewelry and clothes so doing my own quick calculations I estimated my house hold contents to be worth around 750k....They sent me on a wild goose chase to get another bank to send them an approval that they will repair my house then only will they assist me in getting my claim approved.... NOW ITS NO LONGER ABOUT THE OTHER BANKS APPROVAL OF REPAIRS.... IT'S NOW THAT I'M UNDER INSURED AND THEY CAN ONLY PAY ME 70 THOUSAND.... I TOOK OUT HOME CONTENTS COVER FOR 750K.... ITEMS DAMAGED TO THE VALUE OF 275K.....AND I WILL BE COMPENSATED ONLY 70 THOUSAND..... Why have u not sent out people to view my property in the 1st place and price my household items accordingly before taking my money monthly.... King Price you guys are thieves...... I will not sit back and let this slide!!!!!
