If there was a zero star rating.....GOMO will take it...I spoke to 9 different people who all opened my profile using my id number...yet they all transfer me to the wrong department.i asked for the insurance department because there was an increase in my insurance but I have not been notified at all! Advisors are rude...******** and their attitude stinks...instead of finding a solution they want to argue with a paying customer.i have had the worst experience with GOMO and the people's behavior is appalling. I need to speak to someone higher up the ladder.....if the head is not right...the body os not right...I think they are all sleeping there cos 9 different people dont know how to send a customer to the correct department and we all spoke English! When they transfer a customer...they call drops...IT DOES NOT TRANSFER AND THEN TOU HAVE TO KEEP CALLING BACK, ITS FRUSTRATING AS HELL TO CONTINUOUSLY CALL BACK AND SPEAK TO DUM AREOGANT PEOPLE ....GOMO!SORT URSELF OUT PLZ FOR **** SAKES.
Worst company to have wifi with, ticket sent 3 weeks ago but I haven't heard from mweb or vumatel....they are ****s....imagine having no internet for weeks but they still debit your account....mother ****ers will lose a customer...I laid a complaint and also haven't heard anything since....what a useless company and leaving is such a mission.. they have no morals...no values and dont care about customers. They only want to suck our money....yourl can go to hell.
Worst ****ing company ever....resolved ticket sent to me...but I haven't had a technician come to check the line, nobody checked the line remotely l, no feedback recieved from the 22nd Feb.agents are so useless they cant even speak English properly..***....but they want to take money very fast to payments but 90% pf the time the internet doesn't wprk! Connected with no internet comes on every 2 minutes regardless. It cannot be so difficult to find competant people to do their jobs right! Can't chat to them cos they say passing to an agent, I have an agent coming from ****ing 22 Feb, must be driving and coming cos nobody chatted till date! I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ******* SERVICE AND THEY WILL LOSE A CUSTOMER AFTER 6 YEARS!

Good day, I am writing as a very frustrated and disappointed customer regarding an unresolved refund matter. On 29 November 2025, I was charged for a transaction that was declined. I requested a refund shortly thereafter and have provided all the required supporting documents. Despite this, I have received no resolution. I have followed up numerous times with both the store and head office, but to date there has been no meaningful response. It is extremely disappointing that I have now been waiting over two months for a refund on a declined transaction. From store level to head office, the service I have received has been very poor, and this entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I have the regional manager Lazuras and Vuyisani from the customer service who have been in contact with me but of no help as I have still not received my refund from November, according to them it has been paid into my account but they can't provide proof of payment which is so ironic, when I visited my bank they have advised me that there is no payment from Yde, I am very disappointed in this company from the store, to the regional manager, the customer service and most of all the finance department, this is the level of service they provide,make you wait from November for a refund and then lie to you it has been paid into your account but can't provide you with proof of payment
spoke to 7 different advisors at cartrack this morning, nobody could explain why my app isn't working and where m vehicle is accurately. they are the most useless people I ever came across. all they say is to delete the app and reinstall, which doesnt work. previously to this it took one of their agents 3 days to call me back just to say the app was undergoing updates. today was an emergency as i could trace my vehicle, they didn't show any remorse and showed no interest in assisting me to track the vehicle, due to me being upset, tabogo, karabo, and a few other agents was too fast to help me cancel but not fast enough to help trace my car! asked for the manager 5 hours ago, i guess he is still in a meeting. worst people ever to deal with.
I thought I could trust Mariam but unfortunately she is the biggest rogue you can ever come across, they say they are professionals but they cant find a fault in the car, I have a f20 116i BMW which was sent in for a radiator leak, she ended up changing a hole lot of things and claimed from the warranty. now apparently the vehicle is so bad it needs engine overall. DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!!!! the fan isn't kicking in so she is waiting for her professionals to come through and check!
I have jot received any communications about why you have approved my cancer treatment and then canceled it because uou think its non disclosure. I have been a customer of yours for more than 10 years with no history of this, this is **************! I need chemo, surgery and radiation and your have refused me of this in a desperate time of need. Please can you approve my treatment asap as I have never missed any payments? And I have a broker who doesn't even communicate with me but still gets paid commission for having me on his books. Uourl to good to take money but cannot honor your clients request!
Discovery have done me wrong! I am a cancernpatient, recently found out on the 15 August 2025, I was diagnosed with cancer, on the breat bro. Im a male of 39 years old when I recently went to a agp in my area for the passed 25 years. 9 years ago I went to him and said theres a lump on my left,on my nipple area...around there guys...never knew us men can get breast cancer. Never the less, the big "D" decided to approve my oncology treatment after 7 working days of arguments and refusals, they have done so. Pet scan ct scan done,,,,went back to the oncologist, they haven't been paid,,,,call the big "D", They said yes....we ain't paying no kore, seriously....now you have taken away the treatment which I need! My treatment should have started last week, but you have ended up in disputes and no where else. I have been paying for my medical aid every month on the day! But never used you till now. I am a paying customer for over 10 years on medical insurance and medical! Yet. I have been declined a treaent apparently because I knew I had a lump but I never disclose it, if your gp is saying don't worry, why would you? We go mamny times on what our gos mention so i believed him. for the passed 10 years almost. I asksed for scans and test to be done to get this far,the dr was very negligent on this occasion. But DISCOVERY YOU HAVE DONE ME WRONG! Im still waiting for treatment ,paying cash is costing me thousands which unfortunately I do not have....but I knew I had medical aid and nothing to worry about.....YOU HAVE DONE ME WRONG I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER AS I HAVE A DAMIPY AND I AM THE BREADWINNER IN MY HOUSEHOLD .IF CANCER DOESNT KILL ME, DISCOVERY WILL! You have approved my treatment and canceled it based on it knew...my historical medical records shows no signs of this...or on my end....How many people covered by Discovery today are walking around with undiagnosed malignant lumps unknowingly dodging waiting period simply because they don’t care to seek diagnoses on what conditions they might have.....its crazy...DISCOVERY PLEASE SORT YOURSELVES OUT....YOU HAHVE A BIG LAWSUIT COMING FROEM ME!
