If there was a zero star rating.....GOMO will take it...I spoke to 9 different people who all opened my profile using my id number...yet they all transfer me to the wrong department.i asked for the insurance department because there was an increase in my insurance but I have not been notified at all! Advisors are rude...******** and their attitude stinks...instead of finding a solution they want to argue with a paying customer.i have had the worst experience with GOMO and the people's behavior is appalling. I need to speak to someone higher up the ladder.....if the head is not right...the body os not right...I think they are all sleeping there cos 9 different people dont know how to send a customer to the correct department and we all spoke English! When they transfer a customer...they call drops...IT DOES NOT TRANSFER AND THEN TOU HAVE TO KEEP CALLING BACK, ITS FRUSTRATING AS HELL TO CONTINUOUSLY CALL BACK AND SPEAK TO DUM AREOGANT PEOPLE ....GOMO!SORT URSELF OUT PLZ FOR **** SAKES.

I asked these assholes to change my debit order date and my banking details! They require 3 months bank statement for this. I sent it on the 18th of December and they still used my old banking details and date. I asked for the last day of the month as my salary goes off on the last day of the month. They debit my account on the 27th. We'll done assholes. DO NOT USE THEM. I JUST HAVE HEADACHES WITH THESE ASSHOLES. REF: 82838

I financed my car with Gomo in 2022.recently I want to sell my car .I emailed and called Gomo thousands times with no response at all. When you called they keep transferring me to other departments and will promised me someone will call me back. Wich never happened. I left thousands emails still no response. All am I was asking was settlement letter.and seek help with regards to options that I have if am struggling to keep the car or trying to sell the car and negotiate shortfall payments. I received very poor service and left so frustrated and am still stucked with the car.i only received settlement letter after two weeks of trying and no one even bothered to follow-up with me nor communicate anything at all.

If I could give zero start I would. My account has been debited for 3 months now and the consultants are absolutely no use. You say you paid the money back but still nothing in my account. You guys have the worst customer service.

I bought a car at WeBuyCars in 2023 and it was financed by GOMo finance. I then had financial challenges and had to resell the car. WeBuyCars bought the car and deposited the money to GOMO on 08 April 2025. I then requested a Settlement letter which till today i have not received to see how much i was owing but i never got the letter as i had a company to consolidate my debt. I then called and was told that they can't find my details on the system. Due to this my debt is now written off on the Credit Bureau but no one is willing to help me at GOMO. All i want is to i clear my name or get the settlement letter.
