Worse vehicle finance in the world. Even after thousands calls and emails still no response. That's pathetic. I tried to reach out to them, only for them to call me informing me that my account is going to be handed over. But am the one who has been trying to reach out to them. I was trying to inform them that am struggling to keep up with my installment and ask them for possible solutions
I financed my car with Gomo in 2022.recently I want to sell my car .I emailed and called Gomo thousands times with no response at all. When you called they keep transferring me to other departments and will promised me someone will call me back. Wich never happened. I left thousands emails still no response. All am I was asking was settlement letter.and seek help with regards to options that I have if am struggling to keep the car or trying to sell the car and negotiate shortfall payments. I received very poor service and left so frustrated and am still stucked with the car.i only received settlement letter after two weeks of trying and no one even bothered to follow-up with me nor communicate anything at all.
