Poor Service received from Rachel and Sha
Extremely poor service I have received from the Choice Broker team, specifically from Sha and Rachel. From the outset, there has been a clear lack of communication regarding my claim for home contents. I have not received any proactive updates, and the only feedback I have been given was provided after I specifically requested it. To date, I still have no communication or clarity about the progress or status of my claim which was logged on 19 January 2026. Furthermore, the manner in which Sha and Rachel have handled my case has been unprofessional and disappointing. As a client, I expect timely updates, accountability, and a basic level of professionalism—none of which I have experienced. Since the passing of the broker I originally signed with, Choice Brokers has not appointed a replacement to manage my account. Despite this, I continue to pay a broker fee, yet I find myself doing all the follow‑ups and background work on my own—work that should rightfully be handled by a designated broker. Whenever I contact Choice and request to speak with management, I am redirected to Sha, who then passes the query on to Rachel. This continued cycle has provided no resolution, no accountability, and no clear point of contact. This level of service is unacceptable,

Poor Service received from Rachel and Sha
Extremely poor service I have received from the Choice Broker team, specifically from Sha and Rachel. Choice Insurance Brokers - Very disappointing
The service I have received from Choice Insurance Brokers has been absolutely terrible. Let me explain: Last year December we had an accident in our car. Sha was very good and acted quickly. Very long story short, we have had absolutely no communication or assistance from Choice through this entire process. I dealt with Hollard directly. Hollard was very good and they assisted us and we have finally got the claim paid. This has taken 2 months. Why we went to a Broker in the first instance is to have peace of mind if anything like this happens and that we would be looked after and the Broker would fight for us. No such thing with Choice Insurance Brokers. I certainly will not be using them again.

I cannot recommend Rickyle highly enough. After a complex accident where the third party was affected but difficult to deal with, Rickyle went above and beyond. They didn't just pass on forms; they actively fought on my behalf with my own insurers, Hollard(whom I DO NOT RECOMMEND), managing the correspondence, pushing back on unreasonable delays, and leveraging their industry expertise to get the third party sorted and resolved. The service from Rickyle at Choice Insurance Brokers was professional, proactive, and truly client-focused. I felt supported throughout the entire stressful process. If you want a broker who will fight for you, go to Rickyle. A special shoutout also goes to Rickyles manager Marcel, for backing and supporting Rickyle to fight Hollard to do the right thing. To Choice Insurance Brokers I would strongly suggest getting Rickyle into a head of training or management role. Rickyle is a real asset to your company. Thank You Rickyle from Me and My Family!

Rachel assisted me with a cellphone repair claim to my Samsung camera lens which was cracked - took 2 days to resolve with a little bit of too and fro, which was necessary for the repairs. I am most pleased with the manner in which Rachel handles all queries telephonically with speed and efficiecy. 5 stars and great attitude always
