I was referred to them by another client however I initially followed all the steps including payment and market related salary they sent me a candidate that was not according to the cv provided unfortunately the candidate did test positive for a drug test which could be otc or some drugs to which I could not take a chance as I had 3 kids below the age of 8 , the candidate also met an accident in the first two weeks and damage my car. I did request a refund the agency said no they will need to replace the candidate . I then decreased the scope of work and hours as well as offered a salary as per their website guidelines to which they insisted is to low and not good enough for a high level candidate I further said the salary on your website is the same I am offering they kept forcing me to increase the salary to which I refused to do as it was market related they kept going on and on hence I didn’t see it through however their website is said the correct salary but they were pushing me to increase. They also do not take you seriously or rather the kids interest as if something worst happened they would have just said sorry , no company values . Please be weary of them , their candidates are not unique the same candidates can be found on other sites and that said with way less off the mark up on price, do get ripped of as the economy is tough as it is.
