Don’t waste your time!

I’m rating them a 1 because I can’t rate zero. As a long standing client of theirs I was completely thrown off by their car auctions. They had a time limit to submit documents for registration however the admin handling does everything in their power to knit pick and make it impossible for your registration to go through. Mind you at this point my 10k deposit is sitting in their account. Asking for a bank statement other than the bank they accept payment from which is weird. After all the back and forth still advising that I will have to wait 7 days for my refund from an auction I wasn’t able to participate due to them not acting with urgency. Would not recommend.
