Refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I have been waiting for my money to be refunded for a long time, and despite sending all the required documents and following up multiple times, there has been no clear response or resolution.

Communication is poor, and every time I ask for an update, I either get no answer or new delays. It feels like customers are ignored once payments are involved. This process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful because this is money that rightfully belongs to me.

I would not recommend using this service if you expect efficient support or timely refunds. Customers deserve transparency and accountability, and unfortunately that has not been my experience.
