I am not happy with the service that was provided to me by Success and Elmarie at Bidvest McCarthy Audi Centre Arcadia in Pretoria . I purchased the Honda in March and within the same month, the car broke down twice.The car was taken in and brought back to me.Again in May, it was taken in for 2 weeks and was made to believe everything was fixed but My brakes then failed in June the car broke down due to the breaks failing and I mentioned it to Success and Elmarie numerous times .
I have spoken to your colleagues about this matter but I clearly was not taken serious. I asked that the car rather be exchanged for another car, however no one got back to me. The document that I which was the checklist that was provided to me 3 weeks later after purchasing the car and you can clearly see the comments added for both the pads and bearings. I had enquired about that and again was told all was well when In actual fact, it wasn't.
The past 6 months has been dreadful and I honestly would have preferred to be dealing with staff that take their jobs seriously. Going forward, I would like this matter to be dealt with as they have shown that they don't have both my interest at heart and the company's interests at heart.
