Absolutely Shocking Service and non disclosure of severe mechanical defects from this dealership. Purchased a used Q5, I was told it was a 2020 Model however when I collected the vehicle to my surprise the registration papers showed it as a 2019 model. Within a week of having the vehicle, there were issues with the vehicle starting. When I took it to a dealership that was closer to my house, I was informed that the car had a major mechanical defect, which had let to Audi Replacing a cylinder head on the engine just 3 months before I purchased the vehicle. Besides the fact that this was never disclosed to me, when I discussed the issue with the salesman, he ensured me that I could bring it in for them to try and fix the issue with the car starting and they would provide me with a courtesy vehicle. When I took the vehicle in on the date and time agreed, I was passed around the service centre, eventually being told they do not provide courtesy vehicles. Due to this deceit, I was late for my job that day which let me to loosing my day of pay. When I tried to get hold of the Dealer Principle, Stefan, he was never available, and when emails were sent, they were ignored. In the first 3 months of owning this vehicle; it has been in an Audi Dealership Workshop for over 1 month in total. The vehicle goes into Limp mode; won’t start and had issues with the turbo boost pressure sensor, glow plug control unit as well as all 4 disks and brake pads having to be replaced within 6 weeks because they were out of spec, yet Audi Centre Centurion didn’t pick up any of these faults. Absolutely disgusting service, as well as ***** from Audi Centre Centurion which is being taken further legally due to the refusal of the Dealership to remedy the situation. Avoid this dealership at all costs! It will cost you a fortune!
