I am so disappointed in the poor service I received at Audi Boksburg On the 01/07/2024 i took my car for a annual service...it was not up to standard and i rated the service as poor but no one got back to me On the 17/07/2024 I phoned them and told them about the disappointment,,I told them that no one had followed up ..I informed them about the noice i hear from my breaks after they said that the braeks are still "Fine" ,and that my water is boiling in the bottle now after the service The manager arange with me to bring the car back so that they could check the problemes ,I took the car and waited 2 hours before someone came to tell me what was going on ..Confirmed that I need new breaks and that the water bottle cap needed replacement ..(I did not plan on this and did not have money at the moment) The manager then said he would pay Half of the amount (as a gesture of good will) i arranged for a loan to pay the outstanding amount After all was replaced they let me know to Collect the car ...I drove 2km and the car started over heating ...i had to pull over next to the road (a woman of 25years old all alone)Open the cars bonnet ...NO WATER (after they replaced the water bottle lid) phoned to speak to one of the two that assisted me (The manager and service advisor)...but not one of the two was available half an hour later i tried agian still not available The steam was coming out of the air vents !! What was the purpose of discount If the service is still not good I tried phoning 5 times ..after the over heating ...no one has phoned me back (i had to phone my Father to come and assist me next to the road) I do not know if this is because i have a older model vehicle.. but i expect more from a Audi dealership...

The place only had 2 clients and everyone was on the phone, no one ever was interested to help me only after 20 minutes of waiting and standing up to leave was i asked how to be helped. I have walked out and i will never come back. I can take my business elsewhere.

My Car came back with a broken wind screen which they refused to repair, with a false service update the aircon was charged for and it came back still not working, this is not the first time these guys do such a kak job its disapointing rally after paying R 20,000 of my money yet such bull**** of service. nxn
