Been trying to change my debit order details for over two weeks now as I need to close my bank account. All my other debit orders were done so easily. I wait between 1-2hrs on a call, everything needs to be uploaded on the live chat platform which keeps kicking you out! After sending everything in which took several attempts over a few days I was told they have sent it to admin and it will be changed. To my surprise end of the month the debit still came off my old account.
My account has been debited from MTN for the past 4months even after I have sent the required documents to your fraud department. I have incurred more fees this month as my other debits didn't go through!! My account was debited with over 9000 rand!!! The fraud department promised to have this resolved in 4weeks, it's been 4 months now. Now I am glad I have never ever used MTN as a network service provider. You are opressors stealing my money!! MTN keeps debiting my account every month the amounts differ, 1500-6000 rand per month! I have called numerous times and was asked for affidavit and my I'd and it will be sorted but to no surprise every beginning of the month they steal my money! I have no contracts and nor will I ever deal with a useless company like this!! Leave me alone and stop stealing my money!!

Booked a car, it was not available on collection agent then tells me my credit score isnt high enough to hire a car!!! I have been hiring cars for the past three years, they left me stranded at the airport and didnt care, Tabiso played on his phone and all the staff were unfriendly didnt give two shI#ts

Was promised to be contacted about the voucher, my documents are all in order with my Pre order of my note 20, this is my third posts and you keep telling me I will be contacted and it will be escalated. I have spoke to your online chat consultants over 15 times and they keep telling me the same thing. I called in a number of times and was kept on hold for over 30minutes. My bestie got his vouchers we bought these phones on the same day and took the same contract with the same consultant he got his voucher and I didn't!!!! This is terrible service after buying the flagship phone is this the service I deserve?????
No response on our vouchers which were promised I have been using Samsung for over 10 years not only with smartphones but this year alone I have spent over 150k on Samsung home appliances and aircon systems at my new house I have lost all faith in this brand!! Worst service ever!!!
No response from this company they are SCAMMERS stay away vouher is just a scam they will promise it but after buying a phone for R 36 000 rand no voucher was sent!!!
