I'm disgusted at the level of respect or lack of customer care from the service manager Muzi Ngubane and dealer principal Angelo Valayathum. On the 11 of October 2020 my vehicle was driven to Audi Centre Durban as it was overheating related to another work done by another Rmi approved workshop.
I was told that a diagnostic was needed to be done in which I gave a go ahead to Portia Msomi to authorize such. I was then informed that the engine is needed to be stripped so they can investigate further, during this period I was not informed of a third party being included in this investigation but I was billed for their services without being notified as a client. The engine block, pistons and cylinder head sent to Dave and Wesly Engineers for as*****t. So what happened is that Dave and Wesly sent 1 of the vehicle's Piston to Alert Engine Part .
All this cycle I'm not made aware of as a client I only found out 7months after I had made aware that I have intentions of reassembling my engine through someone else.
All over sudden my piston was missing, but that did not end there there were also other missing items missing from the vehicle and there were also other parts were swap with another similar vehicle. Extra parts were found that belonged to another vehicle. What's sickens me the most is the attitude the dealer principal has. Then comes back and tells the client that he is working in good faith.
I've noticed the best way of sorting this mess is buy taken legal actions . Perhaps they'll learn not to mess with clients
