AUDI BRAAMFONTEIN

I was most pleased and appreciative of the service and efficiency of the staff, most especially the technician Vumani Mkwanyana, at Audi Braamfontein.

My 6 year motor plan was due to expire.

A few months prior to this, I booked my vehicle in at AUDI Sandton. Two of the reasons for booking the vehicle in was the gearbox warning light was activated and a shuddering noise was present when taking off on an incline. AUDI Sandton returned my vehicle and I was advised that there was no problem with the vehicle. Despite, protests It was confirmed by Audi Sandton that the vehicle was in a perfect condition.

I was not satisfied and contacted AUDI Braamforntein as the noises persisted and this concerned me. The vehicle was booked in. Audi Braamfontien contacted me during the day, advising that the clutch needed to be replaced and there was a leak from the engine.

This was done a week before my motor plan expired.

I am appreciative of the effeciency and work ethics at AUDI Braamfontein and will confidently recommend them to all Audi drivers.
