I am utterly appalled by the service team at Audi Bruma and their lack of response to what could have resulted in a fatality due to the negligence of the service team.
I recently had my car serviced at Audi Bruma where both my front and back breaks were replaced.
Later it was identified that both tires of the left side of the car had missing lock bolts and the front left tire had bolts that were not tightened.
This was not evident to me at the point of service. As it’s not something one would usually have to check when getting their vehicle serviced by Audi
The issue was identified later when I was driving my car and heard a shudder type noise that got worse within 15min of driving. The noise was so disturbing that I had to park my car off as I feared driving it any further.
On inspection of the car, it was identified that the front left tire was completely loose. I was told that I was extremely lucky and the quick decision to stop driving my car prevented me from getting into an accident as my left front tire would have come completely off while driving, that’s how loose it was.
I called Audi Bruma to share my experience and from the get go experienced bad service. There was no one in the service team to take my call. I left several messages to be called back with no response.
I eventually was able to reach the service consultant Dillon who assisted my when my vehicle was initially booked for a service. Dillion asked that I WhatsApp him pictures of my tires to show him what was missing. He asked if I had my wheels aligned recently and I responded no and that the last place wheels were touched was at their dealership. He advised that he would get back to me to confirm when I could bring my car back in. I had no response from Dillon thereafter despite several attempts to reach him directly and several messaged left at the dealership for him to contact me. This went on for about 3 days before I called back asking to speak to the service manager Wayne. Wayne was also unavailable to take my calls and again I left messages for him to call me back.
I have still not heard from Audi Bruma. Audi’s states that’s their maintenance and service plans offer “peace of mind knowing that your Audi is always in the best care”. Audi Bruma evidently does not live up to this standard. Their blatant disregard for my situation shows that Audi Bruma cares not for the safety of drivers and only for their financial gains.
