So said that Audi Centre Bruma is closing. Their service department is so good and is one of the top 5 Audi service center's. Wish they could have kept the service side open. To all the staff good luck and I will miss your friendly and efficient service. You were my family for more than 6 years.

Audi Bruma, what happened to customer service ? No assistance in transportation to get home and my car was not washed after its service as well. When I asked any questions I was told that it was a Saturday and I was supposed to be informed. No care for customers any longer. This will be my last Audi.

I contacted Audi Center Bruma to inquire about the Audi Value Service deals as I am looking to buy an older/used Audi within that age range, it's nice to know this offer exists. I spoke to Monique in the service department, she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions and she had a lot of patience. Exceptional customer service. Thank you

Just taking time to say I always receive great service from Audi Centre Bruma. A special thanks to Dylan, James and Lebo who have helped me out tremendously today and in the last month. And for accommodating me to work for a little while. Also for the delicious cappuccino. I really appreciate the service today.

I am utterly appalled by the service team at Audi Bruma and their lack of response to what could have resulted in a fatality due to the negligence of the service team. I recently had my car serviced at Audi Bruma where both my front and back breaks were replaced. Later it was identified that both tires of the left side of the car had missing lock bolts and the front left tire had bolts that were not tightened. This was not evident to me at the point of service. As it’s not something one would usually have to check when getting their vehicle serviced by Audi The issue was identified later when I was driving my car and heard a shudder type noise that got worse within 15min of driving. The noise was so disturbing that I had to park my car off as I feared driving it any further. On inspection of the car, it was identified that the front left tire was completely loose. I was told that I was extremely lucky and the quick decision to stop driving my car prevented me from getting into an accident as my left front tire would have come completely off while driving, that’s how loose it was. I called Audi Bruma to share my experience and from the get go experienced bad service. There was no one in the service team to take my call. I left several messages to be called back with no response. I eventually was able to reach the service consultant Dillon who assisted my when my vehicle was initially booked for a service. Dillion asked that I WhatsApp him pictures of my tires to show him what was missing. He asked if I had my wheels aligned recently and I responded no and that the last place wheels were touched was at their dealership. He advised that he would get back to me to confirm when I could bring my car back in. I had no response from Dillon thereafter despite several attempts to reach him directly and several messaged left at the dealership for him to contact me. This went on for about 3 days before I called back asking to speak to the service manager Wayne. Wayne was also unavailable to take my calls and again I left messages for him to call me back. I have still not heard from Audi Bruma. Audi’s states that’s their maintenance and service plans offer “peace of mind knowing that your Audi is always in the best care”. Audi Bruma evidently does not live up to this standard. Their blatant disregard for my situation shows that Audi Bruma cares not for the safety of drivers and only for their financial gains.

Unhappy loyal client of Audi Centre Bruma . I bought an S3 in december 2021 and already having issues. Coolant issues, booked it in for checks and they confirmed the issue and the parts needs to be ordered.So its a mechanical issue and was told no courtesy car then i insisted and boom they loan me a polo smelling of cigarette(its clear the car is used by a full time smoker). Am a none smoker and pregnant (high risk pregnancy).well to cut the long story my service advisor(Monique) kept quiet regarding progress the whole day which meant m stuck with a cigarette car for 2+ more days.i lodged a complain and well Celeste is still investigating and also failed to revert back to me as promised. Clearly the center does not give a damn about my complain let alot my health relating to my unborn baby. Theyv put me in a risky situation with no courtesy. Looking back at the loyalty and trust ive put into this center i do not deserve such service.Poor service with favorism i experienced. #audisouthafrica #audiservice

I took my car to these guys on Wed, they told me the car will be ready in 2 or 3 days, I waited for them to call me on Friday to inform me If my car was ready, they did not, I called them more thn 8 times, they did not pick up the phone, I called again on Saturday one guy answered my call after more than 5 attempts, he told me that they are closed. long story short, communication to their clients is horrible. Now my car has a damage, my air-cond ventilator is broken, they say they do not know who broke it, it must have been the Sun🤮, I say this again, service there is horrible, I wouldn't advise anyone to use that Audi Bruna center if you love your car, you will regret it
