Dishonest Employee Altercation

On 26 August 2021 at approximately 07h15, I had an encounter with an employee from Audi Centre Bruma, by the name of Atricia. She bumped into my bumper (the back) at an intersection on 256 Commissioner St, City and Surbuban, JHB, 2094, I have her licence disc and car registration photos. Upon our discussion, she was polite and cooperating as I was also rushing to work in Kempton Park. She has never even once made an effort to contact me, I'm the one who kept calling and making appoitments with her to take my car to someone to have it fixed as agreed instead of using insurance, she kept cancelling on me after I have called to find out and eventually she said she will "try" to make a budget for end September, I must just tell her how much it would cost. When I called to inform her, again on 19/09, she said she would call me around 29th Sep to 01st Oct as she was waiting for her overtime pay. She never bothered to call me and she ignored all my calls without even returning them. I've tried calling her at work but she seems to be evading me and attempts to get hold of HR via BMW Fountain Circle or Barloworld Isando to report her so she can own up and pay for my respraying job, I fail, so I have resolved to report her here so her employers can bring her to account as she is a very dishonest individual, if not employee. My car is currently at the dealership at Ford for other checkups as it started acting up around that time and I can't be sure if that bumper incident with Atricia also contributed.
