So said that Audi Centre Bruma is closing. Their service department is so good and is one of the top 5 Audi service center's. Wish they could have kept the service side open. To all the staff good luck and I will miss your friendly and efficient service. You were my family for more than 6 years.
I purchase a pool pump online and received it without a box. I purchased a new one and received a refurbished pump. I logged a return on 12 December 2024. It stated that I need to wait for 7 working days for the return approval. It was approved. But now they are refusing to collect it from me. They say the supplier is now closed of which this is not my issue. I did not purchase it directly from the supplier but from Makro. Now I have to wait until Jan 2025. It will not probably take a month for a return to be finalized.
Call to find out more about an event I booked and they could not provide more information. This event is also not advertised on the Brutal fruit Spritzer Instagram page. Howler has one for the 9 th of November 2024 and Brutal fruit is advertising one on the 16 November. I thing Howler is sales tickets for an incorrect date. Why could they not provide more information on the phone.
I had good service only when the contract was sold to me. When calling for support call was not answered, had to call back more then once before someone picked up the call, got put on hold for long and no one ever gets back to you with feedback and I had to call back several times to follow up.
Hi I will not refer Estuary Villas on the South Coast in KZN to anyone. We checked out on the on the 12th of August 2019 and received the e mail below from the resort on the 23 August 2019. Brandon as a resort manager handled our booking poorly from day one and never even came to see us a the unit to speak face to face all he could do is send horrible e mails and made our stay their a nightmare. We have stayed and have time share at Sun City and Zimbali which are more prestige resorts and never had any hassles or e mails of missing items. We checked all items and all the items was accounted for. There was only a broken bowl which we had to pay for. How can you let guest know two weeks later that items as missing. Was there no one booked in there since we left? We even had to purchase our on toilet paper because the said they do not supply guest with such things. We not self catering unit I have ever stayed at rested guest to buy this. Do not ever believe a website that advertise that cancellation is free. I booked a car for my December holidays and than cancelled the booking well in advance now they are keeping the amount which I paid to secure my booking. So where is the free in that?
