@home Bedford Centre is part of Bash! Bash sort your store and the manager out. This used to be an elite store. Your choice in changing the manager has lost you a customer. Rude abd unhelpful.
@home Bedford Centre - after years of shopping at this store I have to say that I will never shop there again. I’ve always received the best service as a well known customer ! The manager walks away after instructing the sales assistant that they can’t help me. Why would you sell half of a set of curtains without helping the customer to source the other half. Clearly revenue and customer service is not your concern manager of @home Bedford Centre ! This store always strived to please the customer. Today you lost a sale because of your attitude. Don’t shop at @home Bedford Centre. There’s a new manager. I’ll take my shopping elsewhere.
No protection for the seller! What was once a pleasure has now become a problem. Yaga generates revenue of the sellers item by charging increase costs of protection fee for the buyer, hence will not protect the seller. Communication is a nightmare. You will speak to several different people, when you eventually get a reply, with different outcomes. Buyers can damage your item after using it for the day. Yaga does not care !
While the app has grown the customer service has declined drastically. 3 days to respond and they charge ridiculous amounts for the buyer so you left with items that will not sell. Expect it to decline further as they increase the buyer protection fee, service level decreases. My item was sold for zero when I set it ar 200. They insist I set it at zero. No help. The app is full of counterfeit items. No more yaga for me.
Do not get involved with this prepaid company. Do your homework first before you rent and if they use meter mate then you best believe you will be incorrectly charged with no assistance.
Simply the safest way to shop! Staff are always ready to help with a fast response time. Safety measures in place to prevent ****ming!
Audi Bruma, what happened to customer service ? No assistance in transportation to get home and my car was not washed after its service as well. When I asked any questions I was told that it was a Saturday and I was supposed to be informed. No care for customers any longer. This will be my last Audi.

As soon as I paid for my car the friendly assistance stopped. The empty promises of excellent service and after sales help were made just to make the sale. My car was delivered with a vehicle lights malfunction, My reg papers were delivered 3 days late even after I sent a friendly reminder and request I was ignored. My number plates were added on my car with a broken tool and not even fully installed and now skew on my car. My car was also advertised as a different year model! Beware salesmen at this dealer who promise the best until you pay.
I will never step foot in @Home Eastgate again. The manager instructs the sales assistant not to help a customer after help is offered. I had to leave my purchase at the store after the manager speaks in her own language very rudely that I’m not to be assisted.
