Unfortunately a continual fault over 8 years has never been correctly dealt with. At the last service in March for the same problem my car mats were ******.I was asked to do a consumer rating and was unhappy.The same problem arose in May and I was told “they will not service my car cause I have them a bad rating in March”.I have bought many cars and extended motor plans from this operation,yet they are not honoring these plans.This is unconstitutional and against the consumer protection act. Buyers need to be very careful of this operation.
