I had interactions with two representatives: Teboho from Centurion and Riaan from Hatfield. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither provided the quotes I requested. Teboho insisted on having my ID, while Riaan completely ignored my messages. For a luxury brand, the service is worse than the postal services in this country. Extremely disappointing!

I bought a used Toyota Hilux SRX at Audi Centre Hatfield in May 2024, As usual I did my checks and discovered that the car never serviced. I pointed this out to the sales person Kristof, He keeps on saying the parts are ordered, Toyota parts are widely available and it is not like they are ordered overseas, the guy is just not taking me serious and he is always defensive. The car aso didn't come with a spare wheel holder underneath,he keeps on saying he has ordered the parts, I pointed also that the wipers needed replacement, again his usual story - ordered the parts, He is treating me like a dirt this guy now that he made a successful sale he doesn't give a ****it about me. He started to ignore my WhatsApp messages because he got money while I'm left with a nonsense car

Wow Wow Wow! I have not been this impressed with the service from a company in many years. My car went in for a service at Audi Hatfield on Thursday, and Brandon, my service advisor was so incredibly helpful and professional and then really went over and above when it came to replacing the bushes on my Q3. I cannot sing your praises enough. To receive such outstanding service in this day and age made my day and I will really be an Audi fan for the rest of my life. Audi Hatfield, and Audi SA, you are what Customer Service should look like.

Wow Wow Wow! I have not been this impressed with the service from a company in many years. Unfortunately a continual fault over 8 years has never been correctly dealt with. At the last service in March for the same problem my car mats were ******.I was asked to do a consumer rating and was unhappy.The same problem arose in May and I was told “they will not service my car cause I have them a bad rating in March”.I have bought many cars and extended motor plans from this operation,yet they are not honoring these plans.This is unconstitutional and against the consumer protection act. Buyers need to be very careful of this operation.

I had my Q3 serviced on Tuesday - 22 April 2024. I always ask for Thomas Shabangu as he “adopted” 🤣🤣 my vehicle from the first services and really ensures a great service each and every time. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership as they really go the extra mile to keep their customers happy ! Thanks Thomas ! Kind regards Marian vd Merwe

I bought my car AUDI S3 in 2018 been driving it without any hassle whenever i had issues i would book it in and they would attend to it but now i took it in for the Alternator and MMI/Radio problem that i have been complaining about for over two years now they still cant get it right they told me to shoot a stupid video while im driving and putting me and my family in danger just because they cant do their JOB. i dont know how many times should i visit the dealer in order for them to get it right and now i had the WORST experience with them of which when i booked in my car they gave me a Courtesy car, after a week i was involved in an accident and i notified them about the incident and then they left me stranded for 5 days intentionally without a car as they had my car in their position. I received a call on the 12/04/2023 from Audi SA saying that my car is ready for collection to my surprise when i got there i was forced to PAY an excess amount of R6000 for the damaged car by the Manager Martin or else i wont get my car back of which there isnt a clause that states that if i dont pay i wont get my car out of the dealership. On their agreement that i signed it states that i need to pay R2750 or 5% maximum but they didnt have the maximum or final quote of the R6000, AUDI SA and AUDI HATFIELD they are a **** because when you call AUDI SA they tell you that they are not responsible on the daily runnings of the dealer and the comes up with their own figures to CON us. Im not happy with AUDI at all because WORST of all they cant fix their OWN cars and im still under warranty and FREEWAY plan every time i take my car they say they say its fixed and im forced to leave it by them and not have a car for a day or two, when i take a courtesy car they come with STUPID stories somehow i think they want us to buy new cars every time. I wudnt advice anyone to go for AUDI or work with AUDI Hatfield especially Martin the manager because his ******S
