I had interactions with two representatives: Teboho from Centurion and Riaan from Hatfield. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither provided the quotes I requested. Teboho insisted on having my ID, while Riaan completely ignored my messages. For a luxury brand, the service is worse than the postal services in this country. Extremely disappointing!

This is beyond poor … I constantly received SMS updates and at 2pm a message stated, installation technician Lethabo is on his way. The link doesn’t work to track him and still waiting, 3 hours late for them to arrive. This is pathetic waste if peoples time. Do Better!!!

The branch at Centurion Central has gone from bad to worse to utterly terrible. Randal seems to be the common denominator which produces these distasteful services. I had to return a product, once again, provided incorrectly even though you show them pictures of it. A refund was due to me and was told, he’ll write an “I.O.U” when purchasing again. I’m sorry to say; but since when does a business not have cash for their clients?
I’ve received a notification via email that a new contract is in process without my knowledge. Needless to say, this is *****ulent and contact the call center for assistance. They located the HiFi branch whereby the account was registered. I’m appalled that the service cannot flag the transaction or block it and it needs to be sent to the “***** department “. My concern is the Turn around time is far longer than the actual process of the approval for newly created contracts. Please can someone flag my account and prevent this from completion.
Goldwagen Centurion Manager at Goldwagen Centurion Cnr of Lenchen and Steet, named Samantha, refused to discuss refund with me based on the salesman’s error. I’ve been waiting at the till for over 30 minutes. She expected me to return later the day to provide the refund even when the salesman already had the cash ready. Does she not know the cost of fuel and why am I being inconvenienced due to poor management. Such poor management is uncalled for and questions the company’s hiring processes and policies.
Due to consistent connectivity issues; i needed to cancel my rain subscription, yet they continue to debit me a full months installment. You can’t change your bank details and no assistance till date. Purely terrible!!!
