Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro
Contacted the sales team. They offered me a more than fair value for my item. Courier arrived next day. Item was evaluated within 3 days. Confirmed it was in the condition, as I described initially. Received the full amount as per their original offer via EFT. I am in a diffferent province. The entire process was sorted in 6 working days. Truly professional and an absolute pleasure to do a deal with. Highly recommended.

I’m going to state the fact as they are. I am not happy about the service I received I bought an IPhone 13 Pro Max, in a period of 6 months it started to heat and the battery was swollen. I then book for it at IPhone store for repair, the respond was they can not fix such phone because the serial no on the device does not match the device on hand. The serial no was saying the device is silver whilst the device was blue.

Samsung S23 Ultra purchase.
I don't want to lie, I was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I decided to go through with the purchase. Placed my order on wednesday morning and now friday afternoon I have my S23 Ultra. They kept me updated through the whole process. 10/10 will buy from them again

Camera pairing issue
I've never had a problem with whatever I bought from Epic Deals up until now I bought a xiaomi BW300 camera the camera is fine the issue it doesn't want to pair because it's still linked the previous owner MI home account so it won't pair i called epic deal the consultant and told him the issue i was just told to WhatsApp i did that and even wrote a email since you take forever to reply I'm still waiting for feedback, I'm feed up and disappointed with epic deals I won't buy anything anymore from Epic deals

Unprofessional establishment
Very unprofessional establishment before they used to be good but now they give you the runaround I advise people to look for alternatives when selling your devices I suspect they may see this review is not true

Excellent service and great products
Two years ago I bought an Xbox One S from Epic Deals in good condition at a good price, and I was happy with the experience. Recently, I bought an Xbox Series S from them as well, it was in excellent condition and, again, priced really well. Their customer service has been consistently helpful and professional. I highly recommend Epic Deals because they offer fair pricing, quality products, and great service.

Two years ago I bought an Xbox One S from Epic Deals in good condition at a good price, and I was happy with the experience. Recently, I bought an Xbox Series S from them as well, it was in excellent condition and, again, priced really well. Their customer service has been consistently helpful and professional.
