Worse mistake I ever made was to be under written by Sanlam. My vechile was ****** 8 June 2024. Claim was lodged with Sanlam throuhg my brokers, AON, the Teusday. I had to follow up and follow up with Santam to appoint an assesor. More than a week later someone finally contacted me. He said he needed 15 ays to get claim resolved. Its been way more than that, everytime I follow up they suddenly need something else. Now they finally see that I am not a **** and my car is really ******. Now they are giving my brokers settelement values of R 200 000 less than retail value. Every day is costing me interest. I had to replace my car, so now I am paying for two cars. Santam doesnt care. Care about taking money but do not want to pay. Do not take car insurance with them! *********!
I cancelled by service in September. I asked to move the cancelation out by a month. Which they agreed to. Thus, service should have been cancelled end November. They took money for December. I have emailed about 12 times for someone to assist, and they only feedback I get is a updated ticket number. I have phoned about 20 times, and either after 15 minutes I have up. Or they transfer me and the call get cut. Or someone is going to call me back. I have never had such shocking service. I am glad I did not get me new line from them again. I would never recommend them.
Stay away. You will never get hold of them to assist you. It feels like they have one person working for them. They cant even communicate properly with their service providers
Placed an order three weeks ago. They said delivery will be the 5th of December. Today is the 14th of December. I phoned last week, after 10 minutes someone finally answered and couldn't give me an update as to when I will receive my products. He said before the end of the day I will receive an update. still waiting. I tried to phone them again today and after 15 minutes no one anwered. Worst customer service I received in a long time. Will never order from them again. If only I can cancel as I ordered well in advance so it will be here for Christmas. And I don't think it will.
Horrible horrible experience. The telephones do not work. They only work via email. They are quick to ask for the money but from there nothing. No update on my package. When you ask they say the supplier is delivering it let us know if you do not get it. What!? Pick up the phone ask when the supplier is delivering it and communicate properly. The website says 5 business days, that is a lie.
Booked a flight through Kulula for BA. Horrible experience when i tried checking in online. BA had NONE of my details, I couldn't check in online. I phoned BA, they transferred me to numerous people. They dint recognise the booking reference. Eventually they transferred me to Kulula who said I need to speak to BA!!! Phoned again, got transferred. Eventually after an hour, someone at BA helped. I had to give all my details as nothing was on their system. Will NEVER use Kulula again to book intentional flights.

Both times confirmed.</p> <p>Second time, they said they will refund the debit order going off my account, according to them, by mistake.</p> <p>What happend this month, they took money off my account again!</p> <p>They are so quick to block people's accounts if they do not pay, but there own systems are so useless that they cannot cancel a contract and STOP taking money from your account.</p> <p>Nor do they have the decency to refund your money!</p>
Bought a Polaroid under water camera in November. Used it j n December and when we tried using it now it didnt work. Tried twice to contact them but they dont get back to you.<br> Dont buy from them.
Initial part of my bond was for the stand, two years later we build and additional amount was linked to the bond at a lower interest rate. Firstly they didn't want to lower my interest rate linked to the stand portion as I was promised.<br> So we put n lump sum amounts over the years so the first part can be paid up faster.<br> Got my statement now with, the first part of my bond at the higher interest rate has not gone down . It should be paid up, but they keep on linking higher interest rate to that amount.<br> I phoned, I they said you can only do that when bond is paid up, they have no answer for me as they cant see on there system.<br> Ridiculous! They are doing what they want as it pleases them, so they can get the most money out of you!
