WORST nightmare when I used them. My package was sent from George WC to Pta. Received a sms on Monday 6 May 2024 @07h02 Parcel out for delivery. I called to request ETA and could never get an answer. Parcel never turned up. Try to find out what the problem was. Was told driver had a severe breakdown delivery will take place 7 May. Parcel arrived following day and the only thing that was in tact was the tape around the box. The content was badly damaged. Content stopped to another box. They delivered without tendering any explanation. When I unpacked the goods everything was cracked or broken. I logged a call and no response. It rather looks that they are trying to hide the true reason for the badly damaged goods than be forthcoming with the truth. KP3RVS
I had my Q3 serviced on Tuesday - 22 April 2024. I always ask for Thomas Shabangu as he “adopted” 🤣🤣 my vehicle from the first services and really ensures a great service each and every time. Planning this move was a logistical nightmare. Everything was in storage in George WC and had to be unpacked, opened up repackaged and packed for 3 different destinations in Gauteng. It took weeks of planning to do this as I had to consult with several people of what goes where. Desre Stoffels in George assisted me with the planning and was very patient with me as I had to make several chances due to changing circumstances. Enrico her ops manager was also of great assistance. On 15 April the storage was opened up and a team of people in George worked really hard in sorting the stuf, repackaging and repacking. Delivery to Gauteng thereafter took place in record time yesterday, 19 April 2024. I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Biddulphs ! Their team of professionals exceeded my expectations in every way. From the initial consultation with Desre to the final delivery, they demonstrated a level of expertise and care that put me at ease throughout the entire process. The packing was meticulous and thorough, with each item carefully wrapped and secured to prevent any damage. They were efficient, courteous, and respectful of my belongings, taking extra precautions to ensure everything arrived at the 3 different places in pristine condition. Upon delivery, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Long distance from Oubaai to Pretoria. Very professional company. Excellent packaging ensured successful undamaged delivery of everything in record time. Fragile pieces all received in perfect condition. I was informed of ETA and kept informed and it was delivered on time as arranged. Excellent communication between myself and company which resulted in perfect delivery. Very satisfied Will use them myself again and will definitely recommend them.
Online ticket purchase. I bought tickets through them and paid 200% more than the normal price. They made a misrepresentation when they said that less than 1% of the tickets are left. This prompted me to buy the tickets. It turned out that more than 50% tickets were still a available and Loftus wasn’t booked out as they represented to me. This is fraud and theft. I’ve tried to contact them and keep on receiving outomated messages. It appears to me they thrive on misrepresenting themselves to people in order to sell tickets. This should be stopped but I cannot get to speak to any one about this.
