I am disappointed on viagogo I bought tickets for Antony Hamilton on the 6th of January with the hope I will get them on time so that I can plan for my accommodation,till today no tickets and yesterday when I was chatting to one of consultant he /she was so rude told me they won’t refund me My question if you Give me ticket on the day of eventhow will I plan myself 🤷♀️,viagogo please refund my money since you failed to give me tickets it’s more than a month even worse there’s no communication

I bought cricket tickets and later resold them through the app. I have been waiting for my refund since mid-January. Each time I try to process it, I receive a notification saying there is an issue with my banking details. I have contacted customer service multiple times and followed their instructions to re-enter my details — this is now the sixth attempt — but the problem has still not been resolved. I have also emailed George directly and received no response. They currently owe me R2,000. I have even sent my banking details directly to customer service, yet nothing has been sorted out. This is the worst service I have experienced and I would not recommend using this platform.

The most disappointing experience. I purchased 2 tickets to see Doja Cat in SA. When I tried to confirm the seatings with Sun Arena, the told me that Viagogo is a **** website. Please, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THE WEBSITE!!

First and absolutely last time ill use this. I believe you WILL get done in. There is a promise of refund etc, but what lies. Purchased tickets for footie last night, kick off at 19:30 after numerous messages my tickets get issued at 19:13 and im told "OK, you can go now" FFS, FNB Stadium is'nt around the corner. Chating with their BOT system, we told in no other words, youve been ******

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on Viagogo. After purchasing tickets, I discovered that the exact same tickets were available on another reputable website for R3000 less. At no point did Viagogo make it clear that their prices were inflated or that I was paying far above the market rate. This lack of transparency feels misleading and unfair. As a customer, I trusted the platform to provide honest pricing, but instead I ended up overpaying by a significant amount. This is unacceptable. I am calling on Viagogo to urgently review this matter and provide an explanation and compensation for the excessive overcharge. Customers deserve clarity, fair pricing, and ethical business practices — none of which I experienced here. Until Viagogo addresses this issue, I strongly urge other consumers to compare prices elsewhere before purchasing through this platform.

*****, *****, *****!!!! I purchased tickets and entered my details, the purchase was complete and suddenly the transaction was for a different amount which was 3 times more than what I authorized.

I purchased two tickets through Viagogo for the Stormers Rugby match on, 17 January, 2026. Besides the highly inflated price of the tickets, it was quite a mission to actually get them downloaded. One has to first download the Stormers App and then follow a couple of steps to obtain the tickets. I checked that the tickets were still visible on my App, on the morning of the game. Following a long drive to the stadium, we got to the entrance about 7 minutes before kick off. To my horror and disappointment, I noticed that the VIAGOGO tickets were suddenly no longer on the App. I reported this to a ticketing supervisor, who advised me that they've had this problem before with the same merchant. He advised me that they sell the exact same seats to a few clients, a couple of times over. The first to arrive then gain entry, but when those tickets are scanned, all other tickets on the App with those seat numbers will be automatically withdrawn. Following the realization that we had just been ****med, I ran to the ticket office at the stadium to purchase another two tickets. As a matter of interest, they much cheaper at the stadium. I contacted Viagogo the following week to claim a refund, but they refused, advising that they would only consider a refund, if it was reported before the Game. This was obviously not possible, as I only realized we'd been ****med, 5 minutes before kickoff. The Company will regain some credibility if they honour my refund request. At this point, they sit with my funds, knowing that nothing was provided in return. Shocking ethics.
