I purchased 2 tickets for the Mon Laferte concert on April 25, 2026, and paid $7,062.91 MXN ($407.77 USD). viagogo repeatedly insisted my tickets would be transferred shortly before the event, so I trusted them and drove 4.5 hours to attend the concert. The tickets were never transferred to my Ticketmaster account. Before the event started, I called viagogo customer service and spent time with an agent checking multiple platforms. After confirming the tickets had not been transferred, I was told I would receive a refund within 5–8 business days. After weeks with no refund, I called again and was suddenly told I could not be refunded because I supposedly contacted them after the event—which is false. I have proof I called before the event and proof the tickets were never transferred. Extremely stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience.0 replies
