Capitec is starting to annoy me with their security measures because they can't detect ***** happening under their noses they rather bother us who try to make an honest living. I have transferred R7500 on 24 February 2025 as a deposit to buy a car and later the same day after having the car on my position transferred the remaining balance of R45000 to the same account but to my surprise my account was frozen as they were saying that they detect *****, I received a call to confirm if the transaction was legit and I passed the security questions the funds were released. The following day the froze the recipient account as his now also being investigated for ***** that I don't have a problem be cause is their job so what's frustrates me most is that the recipient has taken his car back and I don't have my money into my account because the ***** department is still busy with the investigation. Can I have my money back it month end I have to pay my monthly bills since I couldn't make this deal happen. Capitec stop playing us I want my money back.
Worst experience ever, Hertz Hatfield I rented a car from them for more than a month on my last week of the rental they told me that my credit score doesn't allow me to get a car from them they said I had bribed their employee to be assisted with my bad credit record of which all this started when the lady who was very friendly made a mistake on debiting my account so they asked me to send my personal bank statement to correct their mistake but funny enough they used my statement to discipline their own by saying I have sent her R400 that was appearing on my statement of which I did send few days after receiving the car because of her great and good service and calling me whenever I needed to extend my rental period. They then used it to try fire her for that and after returning their it was bumped/smashed on the front right I took it back as is since I was tired with their incompetence and nagging to my surprise they tried debiting my account for R9988.06 for their protection despite having my R6000 deposit and they failed because I have already moved funds to my savings, I acknowledge the incident then they came with another strategy they booked the car for panelbeating and they now want me to pay R48083.29 even though the damage and collision is cover on my contract " Hertz is a **** they don't value their customers they always take us for rides" the qoute is ridiculous and in human and they are hypocrites for using my personal statement to silence their employees.

Hi I have made an immediate payment of R17 000 to one of my recipients on the 18/04/2024 until today the money is not reflecting on my employees account when I call the consultants they are taking me up and down they actually don't know what really happened because they say my money is missing they tracing it, so is it really worthy and safe to keep my money into capitec account because all I see is incompetence now my people are suffering they don't have their funds until now. Hi I'm Alfred Skosana I drive a Audi S3 reg 333SKOGP since last year December 2023 my car was in and out of Audi Wonderboom previously called Arcadia with a knocking noise on the suspension January 2024 they told it was fixed I went to get there to get after I was told of unnecessary cost of replacing tyres and fixing mags and went to get it more than two times but still had the same problem. I got it back two weeks later went back to check a water leak and small noise of knocking again, they couldn't fix because they didn't have loan cars to give out which I do understand the noise became worse after leaving the dealership then I came back again today 12/02/2024 to notify them that the problem is still there, they didn't have the loan car again as usual then they requested an Uber for me because I had other commitments I left them to do their job, hours later I was called to say they are done my car is fixed. My wife went to get when she got home I took it for a drive the same noise is still there. What I don't get is that is the workshop failing or Audi SA itself can't employ the right people to do their job because we can't be stuck on one thing since last year until now and what frustrates me the most is that Today they just wanted to get my car so I could out of their hair and dismiss me to maybe get help from another dealership I don't know. It's hard to understand if such instructions comes from Audi SA or from the dealer itself, I'm looking for answers because I can't get help from the dealership.

Hi I'm Thatohatsi Mahlobo I have had a very bad experience with Nedbank for the past few days I have received money from Liberty Life for policies that I surrendered and I was notified that it will be into my account after couple of days. After receiving funds I started spending, transacting, swipes then my account/profile was suspended I went to the branch in Montana to be helped I didn't get the help I wanted they refuse to unsuspend or release my funds, today is my second day back to the branch with the supporting documents proving that I'm the rightful owner and to prove where the money is coming from and liable to all transactions happened into my account. Whenever I call I'm taken for a ride because it's one department to the other and they tell me they are not sure if it was me doing the transactions but how possible cause I'm at the branch now and confirming everything, my cards are blocked, accounts, app not working how am I suppose to continue with my day to day stuff if I can utilize my account. I was sure that Nedbank they take their clients seriously but I see if you black and receive money they don't question but when u start using it they want to ask questions???
my account was frozen just after the transaction that happened on the 27/07/2023 of R1000 that was transferred to my account by a client for accommodation at my guest house, the bank asked to send affidavits and id copy of the person who sent me the money and i did so but until today my account still not working despite all the attempts going back to the bank to remove the hold they telling that the person who reported this matter must come forward to say the money was sent was not *****ulant and they dont want to tell who the person is so i can approach him/her myself so he resolve this matter and funny/frustrating part about this matter is that the sender his account is not frozen even the person he got the money from is only my account that has a hold. How fair is that im running a business and rely on this account to receive funds from my guest as most people now are using Capitec but with what is happening im not Happy with this BANK
