Good luck getting ahold of phonetradr once they have your phone - they don’t respond to WhatsApp, email and their number shows call failed every time - can’t sell a device through ********** service like this when they are in possession of your device

Very bad experience with Phonetradr together with The Courier guy, this is the 2nd week without my cellphone, if you don't contact Phonetradr you can spend the entire month without your device, I don't know why naked insurance is still using them

if you want your money you’ll have to go to their physical store in nelspruit. and then take photos of them and threaten lawyers. i had a friend go there and he snaps some pics and literally 8 hours later they paid me. they still have my husband device and won’t answer their phones.

Tried to sell 2 iPhones using them. They collected the phones in November 2025. Still no sale or money. They dont give feedback or answer mails. Thonking of taking legal action but not sure that will work either. They are like ghosts.

Get your money or device back from PhoneTradr!!! they have changed their shop name but still trade under PhoneTradr. new business name: Tech2Fix location: nelspruit contact numbers: 082 7293453 0723014776 0824447937 or get an attorney in nelspruit 013 7524909 or go to small claims court for values under R30k i recently got my money from phonetradr after i sent my lawyer to their office.

I send my iPhone in for repairs 2 December 2025 and don't get any feedback. Courier pick up was quite fast. They phoned once and never again. Screen and battery replacement and website states still in repair. Repair Ticket Number: 202512020001

I ordered an iPhone 14 pro on the 12th Dec 2025 on phonetradr, they promised that they'll deliver in 2 -7 business days . On the 18th of Dec 2025, I wrote an email to check on the status of my order, their answer was the phone they received didn't pass their quality check inspection. They promised that new stock will arrive tomorrow (following day) and they will conduct another inspection on the new stock they will deliver the phone. Time went by and on the 22nd dec 2025 I did reach out again, their response was that the courier service provider did not deliver the new stock but promised to deliver following day again. From then I have been writing emails they keep saying the same excuse that the courier did not deliver the new stock. Fast forward 6 Jan 2026 ,they said my quiry they have escalated it to there supervisor and they will immediately update me on the status of my order the next morning. And which they didn't and I was the one always asking for updates , they never once reached out first to tell me the status of my order.On the 7th I did advise them if they don't deliver my phone by the end of the week, I need to he refunded and there response was that they promise new stock will arrive Monday the 12th Jan 2026 which is today . They still haven't reach out to update me on the status of my order .
