Be careful — very concerning experience.

I sent my iPhone to Phoentradr to be listed and sold through their platform. After a few months, I followed up to ask if they could boost the listing, as I had already reduced the price.

Since then, I have received no response. Their call line appears to no longer be active, and they are not responding to emails or WhatsApp messages.

Based on my experience, this is extremely concerning, and I would caution anyone before sending a device to them. Unless they respond and resolve this matter urgently, I will have to treat the phone as ******.
